No fabric no customer service

No fabric and no replies to my numerous emails Utterly disgusted with this company I m left out of pocket and feel as though I have been scammed Thankfully my bank has now stepped in and reimbursed me in full Please use an actual company in the UK who believe in good customer service and not just pocketing your money

I ordered my fabric on 30 September and was given a delivery date of October 8-10 I have just learned that my order hasn t even left Germany yet If I had known this was not actually a UK based company and that it had an abysmal delivery reputation I would never have used it Quick to take my money though A Halloween project for my granddaughter won t be finished in time Do not use this company

BEWARE of ordering This is not a UK company My delivery took ages to arrive from Germany and was not what I expected The cost of returning it does not make it worth while doing so They rely upon the photo to cover themselves I informed them of the correct written description and receivedno apologies I WILL NOT BE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN

No delivery impossible to contact

Ordered via their Portuguese site and my order was supposed to arrive in 5 days but it has now been 2 weeks and nothing has arrived The order status still says in process yet I have received no updates from the company They do not reply to emails and the only phone number they give which is hidden in their Pricacy Policy page doesn t even work I urgently need this product for a company event in just a few days but this company has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional A transparent and trustworthy business does not operate this way At this point I am fully convinced that this company is a scam Avoid at all costs

Lie on item quality and poor customer service

Purchased buttons that were claimed to be 100 leather and light brown The item was dark brown and clearly poor quality leather glued on plastic Customer service is horrible

Paid for my samples never received contacted support answer was sometimes it gets lost keep looking it might come Never will be ordering from this place again

uk co doesn t mean what I thought

I eventually got my order and I have no complaints re quality or value for money However I thought that I was dealing with a UK based company so my goods would be shipped from within the UK Was I silly to make that assumption concerning a company whose title ended co uk It turned out that my goods were shipped from Germany which caused delays and might well have caused extra costs at customs not on this occassion Beware having uk tacked onto the end of an online company doesn t mean what I thought it meant

Expensive postage as non-uk based

Very disappointed to discover too late that the order did not come from the UK Postage was 7 95 for some fabric that cost just 19 - I paid it as I needed it quickly and thought at least I ll get it fast at that rate - but it took 10 days Postage indicated Germany I won t buy from them again

Cost of delivery excessive and unnecessary I wanted cloth suitable for outdoor

I wanted cloth suitable for outdoor use The cloth itself is fine However it was sent - 4 metres x 1 4mtr wide - on a large very thick heavy roll of cardboard and the cost of sending was considered a bulky item 33 on top of the material I was on a time deadline so swallowed the cost The material could have been folded into a much smaller package without the excess cardboard The material doesn t crease The cost of sending would have been significantly reduced and the ecological cost equally so Please think about this I do have four fab bench cushions now which are great
