Great service had an issue with a hat

I received the incorrect item but it appears there was an error with the picture on the website rather than the item being incorrect I contacted customer services who were very quick to respond Azur was very helpful and resolved the issue straight away

I ordered some caps from the website but one of them had some defect on it so I contacted customer service to ask for help Rialda responded very quickly on all of my emails and dealt with the problem very professionally and solved the issue way sooner than expected That gives me confidence to order again knowing that even if there is a problem it will be solved quickly
