Ordered jacket but it was too big wanted to exchange not possible have to send it back wait for the refund and order the correct size Send jacket back a week ago and still no any update if the jacket is back with them or not Customer service not great experience either not sure why there is no help over the weekend

I placed an order for the Halloween Spiderweb Chicago White Sox cap only to find out almost a week later after emailing for a status update that my order had been cancelled Was given a promo code as a goodwill gesture which doesn t work The fact I had to email and ask where my hat was just to be told it had been cancelled speaks volumes

Not even recieved my delivery yet but I am already fuming 3bn turnover company and they cant despatch an order after 4 days of ordering but theyll give you a UPS number to make you think they have You are a multi national get yourselves an express delivery option I dont care if I have to pay for it It is 2024 not 1066 I havent ordered things to receive when you decide you can be arsed to send it
