I had a problem with two orders about the size of the Cap I wrote to the customer care service and Irma replied in less than 24h solving the problem and being really nice and comprehensive I m really happy with the assistance I have received

There was some problem with the package but Adnan from the customer support handled the problem quickly and very professionally so in the end the package arrived in one piece The product is as great as every New Era product I purchased either from the New Era webshop directly or from any other official reseller

I have somewhere around d 70 New Era hats Well over 100 hats total As an American now living in the UK I am BEYOND appreciative of the Europe site May not have the expansive selection as the US but I appreciate what I can find and the same great service I get in the states
