My impression coach Ivy was exceptional We had a little bit of a complicated upper tray fitting She had great guidance the utmost patience with me and offered excellent coaching throughout the whole process She really knows what she s doing and is pleasant and kind She even made herself available on her day off so that we could finish the impressions after I received different trays I would highly recommend Ivy for impression coaching and would recommend the impressions not be done without a coach

I m still on the making moulds part of the journey at the moment but Ivy is brilliant and is very helpful I m looking forward to the rest of the experience and will update once I get further down the process
