Is Clients intimidation is the main criteria to be hired by PearsonVue

Are Pearson Vue staff are accessed by the skills to intimidate their clients before getting hired Ok so I ve booked 99 CITB Site Safety Plus - Health and Safety Awareness course online test thrue Pearson Vue Prior the test I was forced to take photos of my bedroom so no one hiding in the room could help me with that common sence exam after uploading all requested photos the girl on the other end requested me to walk in circles around my room with video on my laptop she showed some unhealthy interest to my bed and bedding wanted to see my bed from different angles and under the blanket The nex thing that bothered Pearson Vue girl was wired 10 year old radio electronic watch on the bedside table that she asked me to remove threatening to cancel my test I ve thrown this watch under my bed next threatening with my test cancellation she forced me to show where that watch dissapeared So I tried to direct my laptops web cam under my bad to make her happy It really felt like some Police rummage On the day of Online test I ve had a severe back bain as It was an online test I ve thought i would be able to take that test while lying in my bed it s an online test after all For Gods Sake Yet I was told by Pearson Vue girl that I can t take my test in my bed without accommodation paperwork It was really too much inconvinience for a test that costs just 21 It wasn t some rocket science test and obviously there was no reason to treat people like scum

Unprofessional

Test was scheduled for 9 30 it is now 10 35 and there are still near 100 people ahead of me in queue Their office doesn t operate on weekends their website is down and I ve not been contacted by my proctor No route for rescheduling or assistance Pearson Vue is a joke

Worst company on the face of the earth

I was in the middle of an exam in the Pearson testing center in Metairie Louisiana Then the power goes out 3 times within 90 minutes The last time it stayed off We were told by the 2 nice ladies working not to worry because we could continue our exam when the power came back on So after waiting in the hallway for 4 hours because they told us we couldn t stay in the testing room the power came back on Everyone was ready to finish their exam Another lady showed up and told us we could NOT finish our exam anymore because it would take too long and they would have to stay at work a couple hours extra JUST COMPLETELY TOLD US THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE WERE BEING TOLD THE LAST 4 HOURS We asked her to help us schedule for another date that week because after this week the entire format of the test was going to change She was absolutely 0 help She gave us a case number and threatened to call the police if we didn t leave Now the customer support is saying it will take 2-3 business days to have the ability to reschedule which will be too late We had the opportunity to finish our exam where we left off But they wouldn t let us The WORST PART IS THEY WERE HAVING POWER OUTAGES THE WEEK BEFORE THIS And knowing this they took no precautions and told us nothing If you have to go to a testing center for a test try everything you can to not deal with Pearson Customer service is the worst I ve ever dealt with Wish I could leave this review 100 times with 0 stars But doesn t look like it will affect their Rep much since they already have a 1 star average

I took my online proctored exam from

I took my online proctored exam from home on March 9th and passed I have not received an email and I have not received my certificate Pearson VUE portal says I was absent which is a complete joke and lie I have submitted an email with Pearson VUE support and I have not received an automated response with a ticket number

I wish there was a star with zero

I wish there was a star with zero cos that s what this deserves I just had a horrible experience with these lots today Got to test centre 35 mins early and was told my middle is not included as it appears on my ID hence i can t take the test Everything looks alright damnit That was purely an oversight if I knew this would be an issue I wouldn t have left it unattended prior to the test date just a genuine mistake that shouldn t have cost me my money time and everything To say the least the customer service is something else so crazy not one single support given it clearly appeared as if they ve been instructed to muddle up all their words and not say a single thing to the understanding of the customer no clear information I requested for a reschedule as I can t loss everything entirely time money a days job transport and I m been told some stupid policy does not allow me to reschedule I have to rebooked again once my name has been updated as it appears on ID How inhumane how wicked This is totally unfair and speaks too bad of an organisation I deeply feel hurt and just feel like having a go at whoever made the policy with no conscience I honestly wish I had read the reviews before booking my test Please stay clear from this guys

Worst place and worst staff ever stay away from this company rubbers all they say pay again easy pay again for there mistake on there website it asks for first name and last name when you go there they say where is the middle name so they can tell you sorry call tomorrow then pay again find money by the park near my house

Worse experience i ever have with

Worse experience i ever have with online exam test scheduled for 9 15 PM 1- i have check in 8 45 PM with my phone photo taking and etc 2- run the system test as requested passed I have 1GB up 100 Down I have Gaming Computer Latest greatest custom build i912th Gen 128 RAM DDR5 3090Ti etc 3- waited so long went through 5 people to validate my ID all Indian never happened they barely spoke English I am not native English speaker but man 4- system keep disconnecting and unstable application keep freezes blaming my system and Internet which I have mentioned my system specs 5- keep asking to reset the application however waited for our guess what exam was passed i no longer able to take a test 6- customers support are by far the most complicated and useless Requested refund and have not hear back from them I will not recommended it at all

It s unbelievable I feel like I was ROB I paid twice with a week times to schedule the certification test The first one they said they would refund 2nd time they told me to reschedule because they were having problems signing me in to take test Flash appears it states reschedule Try to reschedule its like looking for a needle in a hay shack I just lost 165 2 Ripoff No-One to assist website after website smh

If you see 98 of over 2000 people giving this place a bad review why would you continue to allow them to service you that s because they are the scam as well These high priced tests should be done away with

Terrible process of getting scores

Terrible process of getting scores back I tested over 5 weeks ago and still do not have my scores back They are telling me that they mail the unofficial scores out and only give the scores to my masters program director - not to the actual exam taker Just a terrible process and poor response times if at all over phone or email
