Health safety awareness ecourse

Completed the health safety and awareness online course and exam the course is filled with all the relevant knowledge that you need for the exam and last a year so no need to rush it The exam has a few things to go through to make sure you can do it but it was easy on my laptop with a step by step process to guide you through Once I completed the test I got me results straight away The whole experience was painless and easy I was really worried when it came to the exam because of all the bad reviews but I couldn t of personally had a better experience

Wrongful online exam termination

Everyone who comes to this site to complaint about would have no doubt given them 1 star for me because I d like Pearson VUE and everyone read about this review I so decided to give them 5 stars in cheating their customers I took my first ever Microsoft online exam with Pearson VUE August this year My experience with the check-in process was rather smooth and no issue Then as I started the initial candidate knowledge measure survey portion of the exam I realized that this exam is a 3 5 hours long exam I so quickly requested the proctor to excuse me for a quick bio-break prior to the exam After talking to the mic few times with no response I decided to run out anyway for a quick 1-minute bio break before my actual exam begins As I returned to the room in less than a min someone else and not the first proctor talked thru the mic to me stated that I violated the exam policy and she need to terminate my exam Obviously I explained that I did ask for permission and no one responded to my request I told her to check her recording to verify what I said is true it was then silent and no response from the other side Five mins later into the real exam the voice came thru the mic again and this time she said she needs to terminate the exam anyway regardless and I was then given a case number to follow up with Pearson VUE if I need to complaint My first call into customer service waited for about 15 mins After explaining the situation to the rep he told me that I need to call back 24-hour later because the case was just got created I requested to transfer me to a supervisor in charge and he did I was then transferred to a supervisor where I waited for another 20 mins later and no one answered and so I had to drop the call Without giving up I called back in again waited and finally talked to a second rep this new rep told me that I need to wait for 72 hours instead that was Interesting to learn on the consistency side Three days later I called back again To my surprise this rep told me that there is no notes from my previous two calls even I specifically requested them to put down notes so I can call back in to follow up I then explained again the third time to this new rep This new rep said now he put down notes about the case He also provided me an email address to write back to appeal about the case Following the instruction given by the third pre I wrote back with the required information about the candidate name case number and candidate ID I received an no-reply response from my case submission I re-sent my second email a week later and the same no response from them Then early this month I sent them again my third email and that too went down the toilet That was pretty much the end of the story from there I took it as they stole my 160 and yet refused to offer their due service to me Would love to hear your opinions about a Professional Exam vendor like Pearson VUE Would you consider this is an honest vendor should they be trusted

Just visited Hull office to take a test and the found the experience very professional yet the atmosphere was relaxed and unpressured Julie Leslie both happy and engaging making you feel relaxed Good job ladies Thank you

Very straightforward experience

Good experience overall I don t understand why there are so many bad reviews on here I had my CIMA exam this morning and everything from checking in to sitting exam to finishing it went quickly and smoothly I just made sure I read the guidelines prior and had my desk room clear no noise or phone etc No issues whatsoever if you come prepared Test your system a day before the exam as per recommendations and prepare your room and do NOT leave the camera view Do not talk during exam That is literally it I have no reason not to give 5 stars

Support helped with a missed exam

I rescheduled my exam multiple times without issue Then on the day of my exam I realised I d rescheduled it for 3AM rather than 3PM which I only realised at 3PM so phoned their support line explained the cause of my confusion - that some of the times were 24 hour and some were AM PM - the agent said she d raise a ticket for my case and a few days later the money had been refunded So I used it to reschedule for a reasonable time and went through with the exam - in an in-person center after having been put off by reviews of people using the remote option For anyone interested I used London IT Training in Stratford which worked out well

Great test centre

I always go in to sit my cima exams I have used both the test centre in Glasgow and in Clydebank They ve always been super kind professional and been calm under the stress of so many coming to be tested Today I was in again and witnessed another cima student having a bit of a tantrum because their sole single room was occupied Staff remained kind and professional They provide a text centre service that saves me the headache and money of travelling far from home The test centre room is clean and as quiet as the other testing students are respectful of I ve never tried an online test through them as that is not to my personal liking

Good easy experience

Checked in for exam 30 minutes early completed check in started exam at the scheduled start time at 8 Knew the rules before starting so knew not to look away from screen any other sorts of activities that would suggest cheating Completed the test in an hour and a half No interruptions or messages from online proctor very very straight forward easy process Was very worried before sitting after looking at reviews here previously to sitting was thankfully nothing of the sort

CITB Testing

Attend the testing centre in Bond Street Hull for my CITB managers test The reception was professional relaxed and friendly This certainly helped towards my state of mind prior to taking the test The staff were polite and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them Alan Thompson

Very good customer service

I had issues the day of my exam which had me super stressed as I could not check in to the exam Customer service took me 30 minutes to explain my issues but thankfully my case was opened and resolved within a day My refund was made and a new exam rescheduled immediately My second time around was much more succesful and the examination was pleasant I appreciate Pearson Vue and change my 1 star review thus
