Unfortunately had to use this service after the loss of my beloved whippet Jet I had requested a quote and received it straight away and let them know I would probably need their service but wasn t sure on timing but It was early hours the next day I needed them and straight away I received a message from them I spoke on the phone first and they sent me a link to make payment however I was a little hesitant to make payment straight away as there are just so many scammer s around but he was understanding as said don t worry you can wait until they come to collect and make payment then so you know it s legit So a couple of hours later a lovely retired man that does this in his spare time came to collect Jet he chatted to us and explained the process I then received updates via texts on what was happening the whole time they had Jet he was then sent back home a week later by Royal Mail was meant to be before 1pm however Royal Mail were late which was annoying as we were all eagerly waiting for him he was wrapped in yellow tissue paper which goes with their website and then a name card which was also yellow along with his name written on with a love heart It was heart warming and gut wrenching at the same time Thank you so much for taking care of my lovely boy and getting him back to us Price was very reasonable too 3Kind RegardsHannah Family

We lost our beautiful dog bullseye on the 5th January we didn t know what to do or to call we found this company online from the first phone they put us at ease the way they take control the way they talk to you two lovely gentlemen Andy and Derek came to the house within the hour handled the situation like professionals explained everything what would happen couldn t recommend this company enough people

Darren was a star from start to finish Every time I called he was clear about what was happening and always sounded like he cared Driver was polite A little hiccup with getting the ashes back in the 5 days they said to me over the phone But overall I would recommend the service

I can t express how much I appreciate the respect shown to our elderly dog The collection driver treated our late Mercedes delicately and even gave us words of encouragement which comforted us and gave us confidence we chose right

My contact with this company was terrific They put me at my ease and guided me through the difficult and heartbreaking process with care and compassion I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my friends and family

Obviously not a service you ever look forward to needing but when you do you hope it s done with care compassion kindness and respect When my dog passed away I was fortunate that we were within their service area and having them walk me through the process and understand how everything works with a personal touch made all the difference
