So we have orders this service to say goodbye to our beloved Lola dog I have been told driver will pick Lola between 1-3pm next day driver showed up 8pm on really hot day our Lola was melting in plastic bag you could see blood coming out of it very unprofessional don t recommend at all

Sent my dog back in a baggy And when I asked for a casket they sent a cheap horrible box STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICES THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO SEE

From the start I never had any tracking information as to when my pet was being collected I was told 3pm i had to call this company and they apologised and said they d email me with a tracking number which they never did A hire van came at 6 30 without notifying me My beloved pet was was taken in an undignified way in a plastic wheelie box I called the company again and and they apologised and said he d find out what went wrong and would call me back the same day and never did I ve sent two emails and still no reply My beloved pet arrived by post today in a hessian bag in a box with no name Not an ounce of compassion I definitely would not recommend Pet Cremation UK

It was a shit service and to be fairly honest I reckon I should get my money back because I received my animal in a plastic bag which is true well and truly disgraceful to my animal and I advise anyone that is gonna go with these guys not to

We had to make a sudden decision to put down our lovely frenchie at the start of the year I had researched a few companies and after reading good reviews and pricing I chose these Pros - super quick he was collected next day Tuesday and ashes delivered back to us on Saturday Able to get a quote online and speak to someone 24 7 we called very late in the evening Online tracking was nice They were quick to answer the phone Very competitive on price Cons - no extra options they don t offer urns or boxes so if that s something you want probably not the right company There was some information incorrect on the website it stated you had the option to be present for cremation but when I called to discuss that they said that s not correct and questioned whether I was even looking at the right company I told them where it was and quoted the text and they admitted that was incorrect and shouldn t be on there It was removed from the website pretty much straight away I also rang just with a question about the process a little while later and before I could say who I was they interrupted to say hi yeh you rang only 30 minutes ago I just felt a bit abrupt The tracking information for my boys collection kept on changing originally 12-12pm and kept moving later and later eventually ending up being 6 30pm pick up from the vets so I was panicking they weren t going to make it before closing time and was stressing most of the day that the time was changing later and later It was also a bit abrupt at his collection the vets clearly wanted to verify I had authorised his collection so the person collecting him from the vets called me once he got there to pass me over to the receptionist but he didn t really introduce himself or show much compassion on his voice or wording In all it wasn t terrible it is probably accurate for the price But on constructive feedback I just think the website needs a little more detail on it about the process how they track your pet where they are based for example we are based in greater Manchester I thought he would be going to a local crematorium but was posted back via post office near Somerset The whole process was far from bad and I am glad we got him back well before the estimated time they gave but I am not 100 sure I would use again for me most of our decision was around cost at the time as we had no money spare really but if we have to do it again I would probably go with someone else He arrived back as promised in a plastic bag inside a little fabric bag well packaged and with a hand written certificate of cremation x I would purely choose them on price if that s your main motive

This is the second time in four weeks I have had to use this service my first experience I could not write highly enough They were absolutely brilliant The second time using them there was no updates There was no messages There was no nothing The gentleman who came to pick up My little bunny was absolutely amazing I cannot fault the gentleman who came to pick him up He had so much compassion and dealt with a whole Situation like it was his pet that had passed away He was just brilliant but as for messages for updates like to say that he was booked in for that day to be collected I never got any of that I never got the message are the tracking number for the return of his ashes Which I did in the first one and to be honest knowing that the ashes were coming back prepares you but when the postman just shows upon your doorstep with a special delivery and it s your pets ashes it s your heartbroken all over again because you weren t prepared for that coming because you never got that message to say Your pet has been dispatched back as I sit weighting this my wife is in floods of tears again because she didn t have the chance to prepare herself for taking that little package back

Having never lost a dog before and finding the whole experience traumatic not knowing what to do with our girl and then coming across this company made everything easier From the start they kept intocuh by text message and explained all that would happen They were empathetic and understanding during this difficult time The only downside I would say was especially having children at home we were told Heidi would be collected at 12pm Then the time changed to 2pm and then again to between 3pm at 4pm We just needed to get our children out of the house as they were deeply upset by seeing Heidi laid waiting to be collected After a quick message however Heidi was collected within half an hour We were kept updated by what would happen and asked if we could have prints of her paws which they said they would We quickly received our Heidi back home within 2 days Having been told we would receive a tracking number when the parcel arrived I was shocked and it upset me that I hadn t been prepared to see her ashes yet But she came with 2 beautiful clear prints of her paws and a lovely note which made the few errors and original delays a little easier to deal with On the whole I would recommend this company as we found them caring compassionate and this alongside how quickly we got our girl back makes the company worthwhile Also love the tree planted for each pet cremated Would love to know whether we would be able to visit the tree Thank you again Hopefully this review helps other people and the company with a couple of little tweaks it would be perfect Heidi 5 11 2024

Only negative was picking up time I was given for my cat George was told would be first thing in the morning at the vets which I made arrangements with them for- ended up being 2pm in the afternoon I was kept updated from when they picked George up and the man who did this was really caring and compassionate I felt pleased he was taking care of George They gave me a free paw print and clip of fur due to the fact they couldn t pick him up the same day I wanted them to He s back with me now in a lovely little bag I definitely would recommend this company and would use them again

It s rare i feel the need to write a review but because of the fantastic service from this company i felt compelled to From the moment i spoke to the guy on the phone who talked me through every step of what would happen until the day we received the ashes back of our beloved cat our beautiful Beatty it was awesome Constant updates on the progress and she was back with us in only four days I can not thank Pet Cremations enough for making everything less stressful for us at such an emotional time I would 100 recommend this company to anyone thank you so much

The caring and sensitively of first the initial phone call and the officer ANDY who came to collect squirell squizz he used his name and talked us through the whole procedure with great patience And the gentle manner he used when getting ready to go I can t recommend them enough and was able to use clearpay to ease the cost THANK YOU doesn t seem enough bless you all Jennifer hand st6
