The driver Dwayne was so respectful when he came to collect our rabbit He took off his shoes without being asked didn t rush us Explained the process to me and my girls Even made her laugh Horrible day but atleast i can look back with some positive memories Dwayne was a sweetheart thank you pet cremation team

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough After the death of our beloved pocket bully bullet we contacted them on a Thursday evening he was collected respectfully the next day I was kept in contact with through the collection period the guy who collected him was lovely and caring we got a follow up text as soon as he had arrived to let us know he was being treated with dignity and would be cremated within 72 hours we then got a text after to let us know that our baby was on his way home to us he was brought back this morning and is now back with us the whole process only took 6 days and everyone we spoke to was kind caring and compassionate Loosing an animal is never easy but these guys really have helped I would also like to mention that the price was nothing compared to what our vets wanted to charge us

After myself and my partner lost our pet rat we wasn t sure where to turn as we wanted to get her cremated however it was so expensive to do that through the vets we contacted pet cremation and received an instant quote of 149 for a collection cremation and delivery of the ashes they offered payment plans and gave us a call the same day to arrange this we agreed on 3 payments over 3 months of 50 When our pet was collected the gentleman was extremely respectful and polite he asked about her and reassured us that she would be looked after he told us about online tracking so we would know when she had arrived at the crematorium and when she was on her way back he answered all questions and assured us that all pets are separate when cremated as this was a concern of ours within 3 business days she was delivered back to us via royal mail in a lovely package she arrived in a small box with a certificate of cremation in a lovely bag ready to be transferred into her urn overall the experience was amazing and was very reassuring during our loss i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a respectful and affordable way to say goodbye
