So keep in mind that I have not had a chance to use the services of Petkey so I m only going to give it 4 stars but going by their customer service they seem to have their act together I don t feel right giving a review for something that I ve not even used Thanks and don t forget to use the new client discount like I did

I was thrilled when my cat was located after having been missing for 9 weeks So glad she was chipped It was a bit of a hassle to change the name under which she was registered She was a Christmas present and was registered to the person who gave her to me

I just purchased the chip and it was very easy I sent a picture of my pup and filled out all the questions I haven t used the service and hope I never have too but at least I have some piece of mind knowing I ve done something to find her if she were lost

Very thorough

The website and registration was very thorough If my puppy ever gets lost I would think that the information on her would help to get her home I was surprised that I had to pay to register this dog because I ve never had to in the past It was an unexpected fee on top of my vet bills

Easy to use service

Easy to use service Only thing I found not so easy is each time I log in it says I haven t completed my profile information but this could be user error I hadn t figured out how to save this information pertinently instead of each time I log in

My rescue Benji came with Petkey

My rescue Benji came with Petkey microchip I just had to pay to activate it I really can t review it as Benji hasn t been list and I hope we never need to use it I did buy a name info tag for his collar and his harness so people could call if he s found without having to scan a chip

Regerastration fees

We were not made aware of the fact that we would have to pay a fee to get our dog registered So that way a shock We would like to know how to look up the information to make sure we are her registered owners

Great Plan for when you need help

Excellent idea to have such a comprehensive program in place to assist with lost or stolen pets I hope and pray I never need to use it but feel great that its there
