It was a waste of money It doesn t help find your dog unless someone turns them in He was stolen and I ll never see him again I was made to believe this was like a gps tracker when I bought it

Don t waste your money on their harnesses They are cheaply made and don t fit right They do not stand behind their products So their reply mentioned a refund site Searched for it and can t find it Was told on their chat that they don t give refunds First you said refunds petkey with an s which came back as undeliverable Now you say refund petkey without the s Waiting to see if that goes through Why don t you just contact me Order PK-439083

I asked them to send me his location when he got out and never heard anything back from them I m just glad I was able to find him down the street before he got hit by a car or taken

The rep seemed nice and that was good although I thought she was a bit hesitant about the order but did finished the order Although I have NOT seen the purchase arrive at my home That s not good business 6 weeks later and still no merchandise I ordered You want my money for services items and I want what I paid for If you can t fill it refund it My order was in January still haven t received my merchandise it s March 14th You get a big fat zero 0 Nor heard back from them with the emails I sent Terrible customer service

Website is a scam pretending to provide registration for your pets microchip and charged you money for it They pay google to have their link be the first one to show up when you google petlink the actual microchip manufacturer in hopes of tricking people out if 45 Meanwhile registration at the actual microchip site is free

Horrible service long wait times on the phone and automated charged my credit card Personal also couldn t tell me about the service I was purchased and how the database works with my local shelter
