On 7 21 21 I renewed the registration for three of my dogs Teddy Velvet and Eli About a month later I received a notice that Velvet s registration has expired I still have the email confirmations for three renewals however they aren t identified as to which dog belongs to which confirmation Andrea Jackson5205 Bland Rd Jacksonville FL 32254

They charged me to register on the site 45 00 and then I found the papers from EPAA and it said the chip registration was included in my microchip insertion fee Pet key never offered or gave me a refund I m fuming because I have 4 more pets to get chipped and now I don t trust them They are double dipping

Cat found

Our cat has a chip but unfortunately cats are not picked up by animal control in our city We received 1 call from Petkey from a spotting on Halloween We also got a call from Petkey for update on our cats lost status We did use the Petkey s lost flyer to distribute 300 flyers started 3 block arduous then expanded It was a call from someone 10 blocks away from home I rated 2 stars only because cats aren t picked up by animal control here but in actuality the chip is a better chance and glad we have it

Very unhappy with the service provided

Very unhappy with the service provided 1 Rep kept sending me someplace else to do the registration 2 The cost - no mention of the price at the vet s or anywhere until told by the rep and a price was NOT what we expected Anticipated and told the cost from start was around 45 rep then said it would be ANOTHER 45 to do the full registration Point blank NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER The original cost turned into total 90

My fur baby is chipped has been stolen from word of mouth the Missoula animal shelter removed him from the thief and adopted him out how is that possible I never received a call or anything regarding my dog I still don t know where he is I WANT HIM BACK

I wasn t told when the chip was inserted that it was going to cost to keep it updated which costs this company nothing So my dog has a chip in him that could potentially expire and my dog never brought back to me because the company didn t get enough from the 70 I pod at the vets plus payment all the years prior Money hungry people shouldn t be in the business of saving animals

You re charging me for something that I have from you that was told was free

I adopted two cats through the Humane Society which were chipped with you The card I have says your pet Social Security card no charges no charges for updates Now you want to charge me 20 a year per animal I feel ripped off
