Very poor service
Very poor service arrived to pick the car up from a man who is working from the back of a van in the middle of the car hire place Took ages for the car to arrive and when it did it was dirty damaged and the child seat was disgusting When we took the car out it had no power struggling to get out of junctions and pull away from anything Our villa was up a hill and it wouldn t get up and after 1 5 hours of us having it the clutch stuck in mid hill and then the car wouldn t start We got stuck on a hill called the office and at first they were sympathetic and they sent out a flat bed with a new car for us The flat bed guy wanted 60 euros for getting the car and then pluscar said we would be charged for the clutch etc as this was not covered we d had the car about 2 hours at this point They said they would contact us to let us know how much the bill would be but never have and we are now a week on The second car wasn t really much better dirty scratched dented hole in the door do not hire from this company

Be careful with Pluscar I booked a car with Pluscar on Tenerife for one day and paid with my credit card The next day my card was charged again with a higher amount I get no answer or feedback to my questions Never again what a scam

PlusCar stole our money and faked my signature than stopped responding
Hey guys I wanna share our negative experience with PlusCar About month after our rental of the car the company took about 100 from our bank account in 4 rows without notice We contacted PlusCar Tenerife Sur and they told us that they tried to take 250 for scratched car and dirty interior We immediately provided the pictures as an evidence that we got scratched car directly from them and that we retrieve the car clean After many calls and emails they claimed that the car was damaged by different customer and returned us 50 About other 55 they claimed the car was dirty and did not respond to pictures or anything of course I have never seen the bill for cleaning of any kind eventually they stopped communicating with us We also tried to contacted them via facebook or contact PlusCar Lanzarote but with the same result Probably the worst of their doing was that after I requested a scan of rental conditions explicitly with my signature having the copy of conditions in my home knowing I did not sign them they provided me scan of rental conditions with fake signature If you have any experience or suggestion of what to do next we will be happy to hear it Martin and Barbora from Czech republic

The worst rental car I have ever used
The worst rental car I have ever used Auto rented in Tenerife The first contact was very good I pick up car from airport quickly with no paper work problem I received in the evening so I had no chance to check his condition however immediately after entering the car I feel the intense smell of the airfresher or something like that In the morning next day I saw that this car was wrecck Every single part inside was dirty windscreen stained seats steering wheel stick like glue etc In the trunk was poured oil that stained all the suitcases Driving longer than 1h caused a headache from the odor of the freshener trying to kill the smell of car oil Auto had 60 thousand but was max used I tried to fill up the water for windscreen sprinkler but found that the reservoir was hole AC probably has been never clean because the fetor was horrible so we drove with open windows In the car seat that we received we would be afraid to drive a dog Fortunately at the last moment we took our from Poland Pluscar was not respond for my complain At the airport when return car staff man answer short I don t speak English

Do we booked a car for 10 days the car we order was a golf On picking it up and driving it the car kept on giving a error code Upon driving it without our stay it keep stalling without our trip with the vehicle When we handed back the car we decided to use water and wipe the back of the seats so they were a bit wet We got to sitting waiting for our flights and we got an email about a cleaning fee which was 50 euros They just took it from our account without asking or seeking our consent We tried to call them and call and then email them They completely blocked us from email and also blocked our calls We never use this company again

they are thiefs we rented a car for one week and was the only one day when we leave our wallets in the car at teide national park and we surely locked the car when we came back we notice the black bmw cabrio near our car with the plus car signs on it we saw it everywhere we go all that week but our car was still locked unfortunately we didn t found our cash a lot of money sooo they have a second key of a rented car they following you everywhere you go then they just unlock your car with second key without suspicion in front of hundrends people and took your belongins just like this absolutely unsafe country and a company of thiefs karma is a b

The worst customer service I ve
The worst customer service I ve experienced Basically after 15 hours of trip You finally arrive at tenerife And then there s an older guy that is super rude and unable to communicate like a decent human being First they have a bad website Where you book a car and than they book you a random one So you go there and surely you can see that the exact car is there but they give you another one a complete random Then you try and ask if it s available then the guy says sure I ll give you the keys And he s like mocking you in front of people because he obviously doesn t give the correct keys Also after asking for correct car this old guy is like yo want it or walk away Why writing contract in a serious manner vw polo vs Peugeot suv the one I actually booked felt like giving this guy a lesson But hey I was dependent on him at that point
