The first pair of glasses I received were faulty Was unclear where to send back to And response was a bit slow until I went on the website in the chat section From there on I was sent a second pair very quickly and the problem was rectified and service was speedy from there on

1 I bought a prescription glasses frame with lenses Binary lens service is not available Lenses have been cancelled The price of the tire is high and its value increases with the local tax I regret it so unfortunately the price is very very high

order process all ok delivery was delayed as I was not in on the date Friday so I diverted it to a local post office which took till the following Tuesday The lenses all good but the frames are light and seem fragile not as the desciption

I get a discount code after I have submitted the order However delivery was good and on time packaging was perfect

prompt response then seemed to forget about me

I got a very prompt response at first which I really appreciated I had been shocked by how much it cost to ship back the frames I had ordered it came to about three quarters as much as the frames cost I emailed to ask if anything could be done about this e g a credit etc The rep said that they could arrange a pick-up for 30 I had paid 150 to ship them After I thanked him and said they were already en route I just never heard back from him again This option was also not mentioned anywhere on the website

I am somewhat disappointed in the red color of the frames If I stare at the picture in the Pretavoir site I see a brighter color that what the actual frame is The actual color of the red is not as bold as the photo

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered my glasses and they arrived promptly however the frame had a small scratch on it which hadn t been picked up prior to sending I emailed customer services straight away who told me to return them free of charge a new pair was sent once they had received the faulty ones All in all good communications with uptodate emails throughout The replacement pair arrived promptly again but not in time for my holidayI have recommended to my friends as such good value and excellent customer service I will be buying from here again
