Nothing is straightforward

Ordered sunglasses but style delivered weren t mirrored as advertised Returned and was sent replacement which were wrong style again Returning for refund Customer service great Product provision poor

This company is not set up for

Nothing is straightforward If you want to return an item you need to request a form by sending an email There is no option to do it without contacting the company Also returns are not free as they state You will be charged 3 5 for it come on with this level of competition you should offer easy free of charge returns especially when you are selling expensive products I didn t read T C before I made a purchase that s why I didn t know that Definitely will not be shopping there again

Order took ages only for reglazing a

This company is not set up for international orders I had to pay duties upon delivery pay for tracked return and now have to apply for my duties and taxes back I guess if you live in the UK they might be worth it but a 100 will not order from them again Disappointing

Frames came with scratches on

Order took ages only for reglazing a standard lenses They received my return 27th of January today February 16th am still waiting for delivery Mentioned to Pretavoir rather than simply apologise they were arguing What the shame

Missing official packaging and tags Too expensive to return from the US

Frames came with scratches on - needed to post back in order to receive new pair which would have taken another week to process not great when they were needed for an exam So had no choice but to keep the scratched frames Expected quicker turn around times considering the mistake

A lot to think about

The item arrived without all of the official Gucci packaging canvas bag and the packaging seemed used or returned once before given that the product was missing the bridge tag Return instructions specifically state that the product must be returned with all of the original packaging and tags or else they won t authorize a refund No free returns means the product will cost 80- 172 to ship back to the UK with tracking Not sure about the authenticity of the product given the quality and missing packaging So I am stuck with a product that doesn t fit correct may be used or unauthentic and costs almost as much to ship back as was paid for the product upfront

I wasn t clear that

1 The fact that without a promo code you have to pay for shipping regardless of how much you spend2 The fact that you have to pay for returns3 There are other websites out there that allow you to return glasses with your prescription lenses fitted They don t do that you have to go through the hassle of returning the frames you like to then have the lenses fitted4 They re are other websites that allow you to purchase more than 3 pairs of glasses at a time They don t I added an extra star onto my review just because their customer service is decent

I m not sure if this product is

I wasn t clear that as an online frame distributer that the try-on aspect would be so costly While I was prepared to pay return shipping cost for frames that didn t work out I wasn t clear that negotiated business shipping rates wouldn t be made available So it cost nearly 40 out of pocket as the value of the frames to return them But it is a good resource if you are certain of the frames you are interested in for example old model replacement frames unavailable elsewhere

Service poor not great this time

I m not sure if this product is original or fake due to I have the same sunglasses and the one I have the actual lens is made of glass and it s heavier The one came from your company is much lighter and the lens is plastic This is my first issue 2nd final issue is with the delivery company you deal with Starlinks they are extremely horrible in service and in delivering the package And extremely difficult to deal with I would rather pay extra not to deal with them P s I would like an explanation why is the lens plastic Comparing to the previous one I have it s glass lens

Very disappointed that I have been

Service not great this time it says 5 7 days for glasses now past that I have made several phone calls emails each time had a different response Hopefully the glasses are ok when they eventually arrive This is typical asking for a review when you haven t received the product you have paid for
