What happened to FEDEX

I kneo it s not your fault I still didn t got my sunglasses They arrived in Croatia and the got stuck at customs I was waiting 2 weeks and send few email to get the receipt to pay the customs Until today FEDEX didn t deliver the sunglasses

Beware of prescription reglaze service

Beware of prescription reglaze service While they offer a competitive pricing for high end lenses they buy lenses and cut them at the lab with almost deliberate errors Customer service asks you for pictures with frames on to get certain measurements lab simply does not take these into consideration while cutting your lenses You end up with totally random measurements and horrible vision exprperience Such a waste for almost too good to be true service Not only that they just refund you the amount paid without any compensation for your trouble of enduring tedious several back and forth emails and ending up really really disappointed My verdict is 150 avoid prescription lenses from them

Canada tax exempt for vision Glasses charged 50 dollars by fed ex Other postal services they choose would incur taxes so would suggest buying online or instore Canada No Customer service Nobody replied Cost Will also incur to oneself if any problems Glasses were unwearable due to headaches seems diff strength will take to specialist to check Your reply is not sufficient spell check

It was the worst order

It was the worst order I waited for long time and paid for glasses with loose screw and no box I can t believe that I complained 3 times now with email and customer service and no answer i will never order again from this store

I ordered two pairs of reading glasses

I ordered two pairs of reading glasses with a correction of 2 5 but one of them arrived with a correction of 1 0 which is of course useless for me I looked into returning them but the shipping cost are as much as what I paid for the item I would like you to either send me a shipping label or simply replace the black on black item with a 2 5 correction

Bad experience I ordered 2 items received one and another item still not received and I m struggling how to get support to either receive it or refund

After service poor if you don t get your item

Ordered from them on 22nd December and was really pleased with the turnaround time however this is where things take a turn Email from DPD to say they would deliver on 29th December up until 10pm I waited in all day and no delivery tracking now says they attempted which they didn t and when I originally contacted customer service I was told that they would re-deliver however tracking now says that it is being returned to sender I have contacted them 2 more times and no response So disappointed with the after service

Very Poor Customer Service SCAM COMPANY

Very poor customer service They do NOT return messages as they promise within 24-48 hours They do NOT know the answer to standard questions about their products and will not find out for the customer All this company cares about is getting your money as quick as possible I do NOT recommend this company Canadian customer beware of their duty and additional taxes Another SCAM company

Annoying Inconveniences keep sending emails every day asking for positive comments I already made my positive comment I already sent a f photo with the glasses You guys don t stop tormenting me I will never buy anything from you again because you are annoying instead of giving me a discount you keep sending me an email asking for a positive review STOP SEND EMAILS
