Airport parking hugely misleading
Airport parking hugely misleading The Economy parking was changed to Express parking but only a few signs changed Wanted 100k Czech Crowns 4k initially but later reduced it to 260 which is still double the regular price The answer on my question why no signs have been put up that this is now express parking and not Economy anymore was Don t you have internet If oyu check the english parking pages most of the text is still in Czech That s a rip off Probably better to use the private parking spaces in the nearby village

Prague airport staff are miserable and hate tourists
I m writing as I m disgusted by the service we received in the Prague airport First the staff working there are all miserable hostile and patronising The older woman with dark hair working the customer service desk near Burger King is nasty and extremely miserable raising her voice to the point people are looking around she looked so angry she finally had to work and help someone that it looked like her eyes were going to pop out of her skull The young Asian girl with heavy makeup and long hair working in the money desk behind the customer service desk is completely useless and couldn t care less about her job We were practically begging for advice as the airport ATM stole 185 from us and all the Asian girl could do is laugh and ignore us while scrolling on Instagram At one point we even waited for her to give us an email or a phone number as to who to contact and she sat back with her arms crossed staring at us When we asked if she s going to bother to help us she simply said no and stared us down Overall it s been a disgusting experience and it s extremely disappointing being treated like this upon arriving in the country and even being scammed in an AIRPORT of all places I understand mistakes and system errors happen but what made this such a horrible experience is the staff Not even ONE member of staff smiled or told us they re trying to help or that everything will be resolved We were simply shoo ed away ALSO the airport staff should have name tags as many of them refuse to give out their names automatically making any complaint meaningless

the worst staff at Prague Havel airport The girls were unbelievably rude at X-ray and unhelpful during my departure on 6th of December They keep my bag without any reason knowing that I m late from the flight and return my bag pretty late even without checkin what s inside and without explanation It was the worst experiences I ve ever had at an airport If this is how customers are treated it s no wonder people get traveling through here

Unacceptable - was given used plastic shoe covers
Really bad experience today 17 December 2025 flying from Prague to Belgrade at Gate B13 Apart from the drama they gave us for 400g exceeding the luggage allowance and lost 45 minutes changing things into other luggage despite the fact that I paid for an extra luggage of 23kg and I used only 14kg the worst and most shocking thing is that at the final check before Gate B13 I was given plastic shoe covers worn and used multiple times by others THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE It s a basic matter of safety and health What if the previous person has any mycosis or something Such a shame that the staff were talking in their language and laughing at us when we told them that this is not right There are proofs at the security cameras this happened today 17 December 2025 at the check Bedore Gate B13 at around 08h30-08h45 local time

Never ever to use the Prague Airport again
Following a very modest snow day 5 cm they canceled most of the flights leaving us trapped in Prague The airport staff was totally useless and told us to find alternatives I will never ever fly on this airport again because I want to avoid flight cancellations I flew from France and Italy airports during snow storms just well while here a small snow dusting closed all flights
