I use this platform to cash in crypto total disaster Transaction failed for no reason and now I am stuck waiting for a refund while market fluctuations eat into my gains Fess are sky-high and service is terrible I should have gone with primeeightt s loyalty plan 6 5 daily returns no nonsense Hard lesson learned

I sold LTC for the value of approx 250

I sold LTC for the value of approx 250 on 30 3 24 along with a bunch of other transactions I got an email saying my account has been closed but not given a specific reason however the transaction above was cancelled and it said I would get a refund but I did not receive my money or crypto back It is impossible to get any response from support I have sent 2 tickets with all transaction information All the other transactions went smoothly which is great but it is terrible customer service to just hold someone else s money for any period of time at all I will update this review depending on how quickly this is sorted Ramp transaction id 3de4024c-dc35-42e8-8901-264e2edd3b0a Update - received my crypto refund within the 10 days Not sure how long it would have taken if I didn t complain on trustpilot

I would give 3 stars but hear me out System frequently bugs out when in processing phase other than that nice place to buy crypto I still give 4 stars because customer support is next level beast not even comparable with other sites quality Very fast answers and they fix issues also very fast if authorised person is around Hope i can also buy TRX in the future
