I could not get a transaction to go through multiple times even though my bank had approved the transaction Hence I lost out on a 10 rise in DOGE Really disappointed At least today s transaction went through

I have been your customer for a while now and have been buying tokens through you But I always find that your rates are 10-15 higher than others For eg today for 8 I got 0330 sol but with others I was getting 0361 sol but I still purchased from you Todays price for Sol is appx 210 but you were calculating at 247 Request please offer competitive rates in line with markt

Transaction confirmed and charged but never received the crypto

I have tried to buy crypto from Exodus using ramp and even though they charged the purchase to my bank account they never manage to deposit it into my wallet The same thing has happened to me with three different cryptocurrencies and after two weeks I am still waiting for my money back It is the only network that has given me problems buying with my debit card in the USA The help service whether via bot or email does not solve the problem A disaster

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this company I paid for a cryptocurrency exchange three days ago and the transaction still hasn t gone through On top of that I have received absolutely no response from customer support despite reaching out multiple times I ve used this service a few times before and everything was fine but this experience has completely changed my opinion Very unprofessional and unreliable I can t recommend this service anymore ID skegdaa4oz9gs4d

I signed up to ramp about 2 weeks ago verified my account when I tried to fund my wallet my payment isn t going through Sent an email got 2 different answers I try to purchase any crypto from ramp then the ramp site just freezes

Fast transactions but high fees

Fast transactions That s OKBut high fees compared to others If you want to invest more than 5k they holding your money for days and asking for source of incomes Which they accept or not The live chat is not that good The live agent cannot answer to anything cannot tell you anything cannot help you in anything Just the usual stuff
