I really like the easy approach to buy my assets with fiat via a trading platform Unfortunately the fees becomes too expensive for a monthly DCA with small amounts Credit Card costs plus network fees One thing I really would like to have as EU citizen is as well to Ramp Up and Down via SEPA on a fiat bank account Thx and keep up the great service

All ok but fees for money being transfered 15 or up to 20 eur to be around 3 eur is a little bit too much sorry

I ve used Ramp for years no problems at all buying crypto - recommended it to loads of people Then today it asked me to confirm my full name and residency which I did and it said something along the lines of success continue with transaction but clicking next only sent me back to reconfirm my name and residency I was stuck in a loop and after 3 attempts my account was locked I instantly raised a ticket and within 10mins my locked account turned to terminated I have no idea why and how to contact anyone about it Edit Ramp reached out over email and sorted out everything with my account I found a bug and appreciate the speedy action and top level response but I also wish I didn t have to post on Trustpilot to get support - Regardless they re still my go-to platform

My experience was safe Simple steps safe but needs more options in the text language

All went fine but the site had blocked a few times before i had complete the process but was pretty fine to me

Well i had a problem with a transaction but the support team helped so much to like relax me Special thanks to Jules
