Pop up tent with stumps

I recently brought a pop up tent with stumps that arrived faulty I contacted RAM customer services who advised me to send some photos in with the fault After a short delay with a response I was contacted by Patricia Customer Service Manager Firstly apologising for the delay Patricia was quick to find a solution and was sympathetic to the issue and found a solution that was far above what I could of hoped for Great customer experience Thank you Pat

I found the service quite good apart for the driver who deliverd my packagr was vety unfriendly and rude When I opened the door he did not greet and me and just handed the package to me without saying a word
