Was promised product dispatch in 1-2

I ordered tags over 10 days ago for a tournament this weekend but still haven t received them which has left a lot of young children disappointed I ordered water bottles the same day from another company and received them 3 days later In this day and age I find the delay in receiving these goods unacceptable and will not be looking to use your services again

I am still awaiting my order

Was promised product dispatch in 1-2 days then contacted on 2nd day to say they were busy and it could take 3-5 days for delivery On 4th day has text from parcelforce to say order was on its way and would be with me next day When arrived only 1 4 of order was delivered and told other items were out of stockand would be with me in 3 weeks

Extremely Disappointed

Not advised when to expect delivery of my order despite being advised this would be the case Parcels left outside my house with damaged packaging due to the inadequate packing and because package was damaged part of the order was missing Not the standard I would expect from Ram

Extremely Disappointed 1 - Retained data from years previously mixed with current order2 - Failure to Deliver simply said no one in left card which there was none as they never turned up3 - No response for a week after enquiring via email provided so had to ring4 - No apology for data confusion only for Parcel Forces errors5 - Delivery assured with phone call prior to delivery which didn t happenVery poor experience

Hopeless They failed to ensure the parcel was delivered correctly and so it was returned to RAM by the sorting office RAM failed to them tell me my parcel has been returned but kept my money Instead I had to track it all down a month later myself and try to get my money back for a parcel that they have back Not what I expected from a company like this

Poor customer service

I ordered a rugby ball 10 days ago I received the invoice immediately Nothing else since then I called Ramrugby to inquire and I was told that they were going to contact Gilbert as the ball will come directly from them and call me back I am still waiting - They didn t call me back

POOR STILL HASN T ARRIVED

Ordered and paid for two items over three weeks ago Got an email from RAM within the hour saying items had been picked and dispatched along with messages from courier company with my tracking number Days after the order was placed I received an email to say one item was out of stock and would be two weeks wait Not good service that the website let me order an item out of stock and to even be told it was dispatched Item one delivered after agreed to send one without the other within a reasonable time Still awaiting the second item over three weeks later
