Ordered tackle bag for Christmas

Product was good the only problem was delivery Said i would get it Wednesday when ordered but never arrived Then had a email saying i could track it and even called to ask if would receive on the friday and was told it woukd arrive between 1800-1900 Still no sign of parcel Finally arrived Saturday mid day Thing they need to look into who they use to deliver parcels

Ordered tackle bag for Christmas most were showing as sold out expect the one I ordered We got a delivery notification through from Parcel Force but when it did not arrive we called as was told it was out of stock until new year now we have to wait so not very happy

I have used before and normally not the quickest but no problems This has come through for me to review and I have just ordered some balls 31 07 19 my account says fulfilled but as of yet I am still waiting

Wrong Colour

The quality of the product was good however I ordered a set of yellow bibs as we already had a set of Orange ones and they sent another set of Orange ones Unfortunately we needed them straight away so had to use them and couldn t exchange them I understand it was probably an honest mistake just a tad annoying

My order arrived as predicted and in good order so all good there Would have liked to see more detailed product information on the website though Information like whether or not the water bottles were made of BPA free plastic and washing machine safe Also some age grade guidance on the Tackle Tube product would have helped to better distinguish which size was best for which age group

Problem dealt with well and quickly

Had 2 wrong deliveries but an e mail pointing this out resulted in apologies and replacement items being sent express 24 hour to correct the mistake same day We all make mistakes its how you deal with them thats important Would certainly buy from Ram again
