I would like this opportunity to highlight great customer service I ordered some rugby balls which were delivered by Amazon but delivered to the wrong address I spoke to Martin on Friday afternoon who told me he would look into it and get back to me Within the hour he phoned me and said that he will arrange for a replacement order to be sent out This order arrived on Sunday Thanks Martin I will certainly be a returning customer and recommend Ram to my rugby world
