We ordered 40 tags no belts We got 40 Tags with belts So we received the wrong thing but when we contacted RAM they said we could keep the belts as well Thanks Ram

Strange form excellent service

I found the address element of the order form very confusing the presence of an Apartment no which appeared to override the 1st line of my address However I wrote to say as much and received a very courteous prompt reply followed by the excellent product delivered the very next day - most impressive

Excellent service Had an issue with delivery on one item This was down to Parcel force being rubbish at there job Contacted Ram and they got the issue sorted out for me Would recommend and will be using again

An error which was very well handled

One item was left out of the order but when I followed this up they contacted me immediately to apologise and put the additional item in the post straight away

RAM were excellent Parcelforce were not

Excellent response from RAM Would be 5 stars if Parcelforce updated their delivery progress RAM said it would be delivered on Monday and it was Sadly it was left with the neighbour whose present it was because Parcelforce tracking said it was still in their distant depot until I got a message saying it had been delivered

Good quality products but website and postage to be improved

Goods received were good but website could be better with more pictures and more descriptions of the product I bought a large kids hoodie for me as am a small adult It fit perfectly other than the arm length but no information on website on arm length The packaging and postage cost is excessive When I received a couple of shorts a hat and socks I was charged nearly 7 They came in a huge box when they could have come in a pouch and I didn t need them in 2 days so an option for a cheaper slower service would be good
