I purchased a finderscope from RVO last week and am very happy with the service and speed of delivery - the finder was at my door less than 24 hours after ordering Adam was very friendly and helpful Highly recommended

Excellent service

I was looking at getting a Sega Homestar Flux Planetarium for my son s Christmas present After looking at the German based suppliers and the fact they are the only supplier on Amazon I wanted to find a UK based company for certainty with the warranty and delivery This led me to RVO and their high Trust Pilot rating Their website suggested you ring for stock checks to be on the safe side I did this and was greated with a friendly and helpful staff member sorry I am terrible at remembering names and they checked for the item as well as an extra disc for it They said if the order was placed before 3p m it would ship for next day delivery They were true to their word and it arrived by DPD the next morning Very happy with their service and the Sega Flux after giving a pre-wrappign test Many thanks nad Happy Christams to you all

There was a delay in processing my order However I received a telephone call explaining the reason and also giving me the choice to either cancel or continue with the purchase I have now received my order and more than happy Great customer service Thank you

Should be Everyone s First Choice for Astronomy

This is a fantastic company where you can find everything you need for astronomy and more Not only are the team attentive and knowledgeable but they are tremendously helpful and flexible Not just a shop Rother Valley Optics has a full workshop and can pretty much do anything you need Adam was amazingly supportive when I ran into an issue with my telescope and could not have done more for me This is far from being an anonymous online supplier although you can just buy what you need from the well-organised website at keen prices The team is there for you with an answer for anything you might need to know whether you are an absolute beginner or running your own remote telescope in Chile I can thoroughly recommend them

Fantastic customer service As always

Have purchased several items from RVO recently to begin my new hobby of amateur astronomy I have always found their prices advice to a novice and customer service to be brilliant Yesterday they went the extra mile I contacted them to ask what they can do in regard to one of the legs on the tripod of a Celestron telescope package purchased just 2 months ago I recently accidentally damaged The plastic casing of a leg clamp had broken away which meant I now had just 2 usable legs for the tripod which was therefore completely useless Imagine my very pleasant surprise to receive a new tripod leg less than 24 hours later Now that is fantastic customer service So I wouldn t hesitate in recommending RVO to anyone thinking of using them And I will certainly be returning to them for all my future astronomy equipment and advice

I was introduced to Rother Valley Optics at the very beginning of my journey into astronomy their YouTube videos were clear entertaining and informative When I decided on the scope that I wanted to buy Adam from their sales team was excellent and provided a fast response when requesting stock for items as well as answering any questions I had Within 12 hours my order was shipped via FedEx and arrived in perfect condition just 48 hours after ordering Their website was fast and easy to use and their prices were reasonable I wouldn t hesitate to order with them again Highly recommend

My New Celestron telescope

Although they didn t have the telescope in stock RVO worked rapidly with the manufacturer to source one for me I was kept informed during the whole process and all of my other questions were handled promptly and professionally Now in less than a week after placing the order the telescope is up and running and producing some incredible astronomical photos I am very pleased with RVOs service
