Great Service and Great Product

I ordered the Skywatcher 707 for my boyfriends birthday It didn t arrive on time due to a courier error Rother Valley Optics were so helpful and sent out a second one asap The telescope is proving to be great for my boyfriend and I who are beginner stargazers

Extremely helpful staff

Extremely helpful staff and a great experience when buying my equipment recently I visited the shop and the staff made everything available for fast collection I also spent some time looking at the equipment on show and a great collection of Sir Patrick Moore memorabilia I have made numerous phone-calls for advice and the staff always make time to give their knowledgeable advice Highly recommended

Fantastic Service with a great product

Delivery Was absolutely fine Email of the show before ordering to check availability Was told item is in stock and paid for next day delivery My item was delivered the very next day by DPD I ordered an Acuter Voyager Mak 80 Telescope It will be perfect for my wife to use sitting on the balcony of the cruise ship at night for stargazing and during the day for whale spotting Just what I wanted

Excellent Service

I popped into the Store on a Saturday and spoke to Adam with regards to the Smart Telescopes I was interested and took his advice on board and as the product was out of stock and they where awaiting a delivery my details where taken on Tuesday as promised he called back and one was put aside for me When I collected the staff in store couldnt have been more friendlier as Adam wasnt available helping to complete the purchase Just waiting to play with the new scope when the clouds disappear All in all an excellent customer experience and one happy astronomer

Have just ordered from RVO for the first time and found the process absolutely seem less Rang to confirm my items were in stock as recommended on Thier site spoke to Adam who confirmed they were completed order and my items were swiftly dispatched and delivered Adam is a delight to speak to on phone and I will certainly be using RVO for all my future astronomy needs

ABSOLUTELY JAW DROPPING AMAZING Both myself and my wife are interested in Astronomy and want to take it to the next level we Googled it and saw that Rother Valley Optics was our nearest shop when you re new to something technical like this we think it s best to speak to someone who knows the process AND see and explain the equipment available We were greeted by friendly staff that asked us what we intended to do then took us to the jaw dropping show room WOW this has everything anyone could possibly need for this subject There s no push to buy you can look round and when you need information they explain it in detail it s a must go to place for anyone interested in Astronomy the prices are matched too so you can t go wrong

I rang rother valley optics desperate for a part for my heq5 tripod I couldn t get the part anywhere but one phone call to Adam from rv optics and he got me the part ordered within minutes and it was also next day delivery outstanding service I cannot recommend this supplier enough and I definitely will be using them again I m very happy with the service they provided A
