Service poor company doesn t care about customers About 3 years ago I purchased bathinov mask faulty 2 instead 3 wholes I was told to make 3 rd whole by myself Recently I bought telescope Again faulty This time focuser I ve been asked to make the video how it s broken No one said sorry and they tried avoid return 3 days I spent for stupid emails and phone calls Finally I fixed it by myself and after that I never going to buy something from rvo before they post telescope never check is packed and working correctly

Order was placed on 23 Dec to be delivered on 27 Dec I sent 4 email and no one bothered to reply I made several calls and no one picked up my phone Finally someone received my calls after several attempts and told me that order has been cancelled because of unavailability of the item and refund will be issued next morning It s almost 4 days and there s no information from them I have again sent an email with the hope they will reply Why did they take the order if item wasn t available in stock Why don t they reply to my emails Why don t they pick up phone

Rather poor customer service made an order at the start of the year with one item being on backorder Called to find out the lead time and was told 2 weeks so placed my full order after many emails and nearly 4 months later still don t have it when requesting an update back in late Feb was told they d find out and let me know shortly apparently shortly means never After chasing it up today was offered a refund for the missing item Will be taking future business elsewhere from now on

Not even worth 1 star Placed an order and was told that the delivery would be With me within 1-2 days Nothing arrived after contacting them I was told they would get back to me No reply from them and had to contact them once again Now to be told that it would be February before I can take delivery I had an email saying that the telescope had been dispatch when this is clearly a lie Customer service is a joke with this company

I have been waiting WEEKS for my seestar even though i done next day delivery and everything went through perfectly fine I called them to ask about stock and they said next month they ll have some I placed the order January 8th it s now the 27th Ridiculous

Earlier this year I brought a sky watcher Alt AZ telescope and after I brought it they said it was out of stock instead of showing that on the website because when you want to get something you don t want to have to ask RVO if it s in stock One more issue is that the shipping I paid for was a 2 day shipping time for 7 but it was a months wait and I also order 2 filters a light pollution filter which came a moon filter which didn t arrive When the telescope came the tracking didn t work so I sent it back and they accused me of tempering with the telescope and didn t give me a full refund as promised on the website This is a reply to the RVO reply Well the tampering wasn t me other I wouldn t of sent it back the collimation was fine so I had no need to touch it and the tracking didn t work I followed the step by step in the instructions and it still didn t work the object through the eyepiece kept moving out of from and the telescope didn t know where it was when gave the write location info for example when I wanted to Aline it with vega in the south it would point north and it would change from me being able to do a 1 2 and 3 star alignment to only being able to do a 2 and 3 star alignment and what happens to the moon filter that was completely forgotten and ignored

Took over 4 month for my order to arrive I had to do all the chasing on emails ref dates availability etc asked for my delivery to be posted to another address which again had to be chased perhaps it would have gone smoother IF it wasn t for Covid 19 but asked for the balance of my order to include some smaller items nothing has been mentioned about these sundry items nor the refund Don t be put off it may get better after the Covid situation

Ordered an item from the website Zero communications from the retailer I contacted them three days later after not hearing anything Was told that the item was out of stock and could not be supplied at the price paid Order was cancelled My time wasted
