The service I received was great

The service I received was great Very friendly and helpful staff The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel

Excellent communication kept me updated on the progress of the order Item was out of stock when I ordered it so there was a delay in the order otherwise it would have been 5 stars

I made the initial mistake of not checking the items were in stock that was my fault Your firm had to order the items from the main supplier I was offered the chance to opt out but stuck with the order as the binoculars were of a type that would be right for my sisters two Grandchildren Ie a large field of view enabling them to easily pick up a bird in flight
