Recommend Rural WiFi

If you live in a rural area and your Internet speed is poor this may be the answer for you until fibre comes your way We moved into a new house that was using a satellite connection which was unacceptable We decided to try the router with a sim and Rural Wifi sorted us out They are easy to deal with and installing the router with the sim is seamless Plus if you re still not happy with your speed Rural Wifi will send you new sims for other masts

Couldn t ask for better

Having shopped around a few different providers multiple calls and a lot of emails we eventually signed up with Rural WiFi The great reviews swayed our decision and I m so glad they did which is why I m adding to them now Dealing with Chris and now Dawn has been an absolute pleasure Everything was so quick and easy - set up and working within a week Not only that but we ve speeds of 20-150mbs throughout the house over 200sqm depending on location from router with 3 tvs phones tablets and 2 people working from home Zero issues to date and no complaints

Was able to get much faster speeds with rural wifi than with 3 or Vodafone Where we were previously getting at most 5mbs download we are now constantly getting speeds of 120mbs Sales agent Andrei was very helpful and knowledgeable Would be recommending to my family and friends

The customer care team are amazing especially Dawn She helped me from start to finish with my issue and got my WiFi working again Because this company is a small business they care for their customers and go above and beyond for them My WiFi signal download and upload is better than ever now

Ciara was a pleasure to work with in relation to some issues with our wifi She was in contact right until resolution- giving me a call to work through different techniques rather than back and forth via email She did not give up until we tried everything to get to the bottom of it She was also knowledgeable on our options elsewhere to improve our overall product

Hi I just wanted to say the Customer service with Rural WiFi is just something else All the team but especially Ciera and Dawn who I have being dealing with the most in particular Ciera was so patient trying to get us sorted numerous emails and phone calls and never was anything but polite friendly and helpful I would highly recommend Rural Wifi to any of my friends or family Regards Olivia

From the get go my experience with rural WiFi has been great The customer service is second to none really helpful The WiFi itself is great we live in a very remote area and the speed and connection is brilliant

Where none of the main network suppliers could deliver Internet in our new home in co Mayo Rural Ireland could and for us it is working very well It took us a bit to find the best spot where to leave the router but once we found the sweet spot we had no issues connecting to Internet from any of our devices laptop tablet phones and TV
