Purchasing our first home

Just purchased our first home At first there was too many people from Ryder and Dutton to communicate with I think within the first week we spoke to 5 different agents around the purchase Finally being given with Geraldine as the contact as our move manager who having one point of contact was great Geraldine was easy to get hold of and it was a really easy process once she was involved Thanks Geraldine

Overall a good service Start of sale excellent service Very quick to market valuation A couple of stressful times when no feedback update was received on a Friday over proof of buyers funds eg Short notes would be useful ie waiting to hear Many times phone lines very busy Central Office intervened Often waited for return call to filter through

Had a purchase fall through but completed on a different property with Ryder Dutton I mainly dealt with Matt who was always professional and helpful when it was near completion Megan took over to see it through to the end Good service

Ryder and Dutton have a branch support system which means that if everyone at the branch you re calling is busy you can still talk to someone Viewing are hit and miss Sometimes it s someone who knows about the property and can answer your questions sometimes it s just someone with the key which can be frustrating

Shining Star

Whilst I wasn t successful with the home I desperately wanted Shannon was incredible It s a busy branch and can be difficult to get through and get clarity but there was one shining star in the Ryder and Dutton team and that was Shannon She was so responsive clear efficient and she really does understand the housing market If you re dealing with this branch definitely work with Shannon

I recently purchased through Ryder and Dutton Jade was our point of contact I met her when I went to collect the keys She is nice polite a lovely down to earth girl

We were delighted that the house was sold very quickly and we were then passed to Geraldine to guide us to completion We were very grateful for her advice along the way She displayed professionalism and integrity If needed we would have no hesitation using the services of Ryder Dutton again

Good communication

The communication from the agent was great Geraldine kept us up to date with where we were in the buying process and took any queries back to the vendor We felt she smoothed the process We would have given 5 stars but it was difficult to arrange the inital viewing

First time I have used Ryder and Dutton to sell a property The property was well advertised and sold on the first day of viewing with them All the staff were great throughout the process Would not hesitate to use them again
