We have been really impressed so far with the service received by Gabrielle she has been clear with us as landlords about what documents are required and has given us assurances that we will get tenants that are thoroughly vetted by Ryder Dutton She has been fantastic at communicating with us and has been efficient on getting our property on the market and handling viewings Would definitely use Gabrielle in the future let s hope for some happy tenants

Throughout my contact with Ryder and Dutton I was pleased with the services of the whole team - Alice who did the initial visit and talked me through the process - Kirsten who was my initial contact and then Geraldine who helped me complete the sale of my property All were helpful professional and guided me through each step They also directed me to their solicitor partner which I feel made the process more streamlined

Nikita Taylor at R D Chadderton branch is absolutely amazing I really cannot praise her enough She dealt with my sister s sale at what was a very difficult time for many reasons but she helped to make the whole process so much easier She was there to answer every call and chased things up immediately Fantastic young lady

We had used the R D Huddersfield office for a previous sale They were very good so we were hoping for a similar experience this time with the Slaithwaite office Leanne came out to do the valuation at very short notice and provided lots of helpful advice We didn t live in the area so we left Leanne and her team to do all the property viewings They were very good at informing us before the viewings and providing feedback afterwards After the sale had been agreed Laura kept a close eye on the conveyancing progress and provided regular updates - something I hadn t really expected Whenever anything was overdue or missing she picked it up and made sure that things were quickly back on track I suspect the whole process would have taken a few extra weeks if she hadn t been involved Excellent service all around I would definitely use them again
