Good reach of buyers

Once Michaela took over the selling of the property and managed negotiations all went well Mixed feelings initially when we didn t really have a person to liaise with Thought it was Oliver but he was always too busy to speak with us Continuity is very important when selling your property

House went on the market 18th April 2024 and it Sold by 7th June 2024 - so we are really pleased with Ryder Dutton Middleton and all the staff there Particular thanks to Jordan Elizabeth Megan for pushing things through and being approachable throughout the process Thanks also to photographer Jade who did an excellent job in making the photos look fantastic - All in all a great service

Review of progress so far - re the sale of cousin s house in Middleton as of 14 11 24 To date the sales procedure has run smoothly and without undue delay I have been kept upto date with any developments in a timely and efficient manner and I would like to commend Robyn Roberts for her excellent efforts in this matter

Catherine was great at keeping me informed on progress from both sides of our property chain She was really helpful and helped progress our house purchase in line with our expectations

Bought our first home no chain back in May and finally completed this week with the support of Geraldine It was probably far more complex than needed to be but Geraldine did consistently provide timely updates and answers when solicitors couldn t Only giving 4 stars due to being passed pillar to post initially by R D and it taking c10 weeks to find out the case handlers on the vendors side had disappeared which delayed the process more than we would ve liked Would use r d again in the future now we understand the home buying process a little more

Good Service throughout the process of selling our mum and dad s home Michael was much more attentive and helpful with our initial enquiry than other agents had been Geraldine was great throughout the process with regular communication and support

Miss Jade Pass has been so helpful and professional in helping us through the process which we are not familiar with Though we had a misunderstanding with her other colleague she tried to solve the issue for us the best she could and have always been responsive and helpful with her advise She also handled the seller buyer relationship well for the best outcome of everyone I highly recommend her service

Geraldine Marsden is the supervisor who made it all possible to get the house She is so helpful and easily to get in touch each time we are in need From beginning till the end she did a good job She is outstanding with good customer relationship

This estate agent worked really hard to help move the sale process unfortunately the solicitors we were recommended were not such a good experience but Megan D Angelillo the manger of R D was exceptional she was patient understanding sympathetic and clear R D were really enthusiastic when we first asked them to value the property which reassured us that it was in good hands
