Great experience

We have sold our house via Ashton branch and bought our new house with Uppermill branch Ryder Dutton ensured we had one contact for both to streamline the process Special thanks to Geraldine Marsden who kept us updated throughout the process on both selling and buying process and provided wealth of support and guidance I was most impressed with the prompt communication and getting regular updates even if it was to say there is no update but we will continue to chase Nothing was too much trouble Geraldine was very professional and friendly and helped this stressful process to be much easier Thank you for all your help and support

We received excellent service from the team at Ryder Dutton Chadderton From the initial valuation right through to exchange it has been a seemless process The team managed to sell our house a week after it came on the market and secured 5 offers over the asking price We would like to say a special thank you to Carmel for really going that extra mile particularly as we were coming towards exchange She was always on hand to answer any queries we had there were many chase solicitors recommend surveyors and provide us with her invaluable knowledge on the sales process Thanks to the help of the team we will be moving into our new family home next week a little over 3 months after putting our house on the market

Very good estate agents The photos for marketing were good staff helpful and they and gave me prompt feedback on viewings Fiona at the Holmfirth office went above and beyond to help with some difficulties that arose during the process I can t thank her enough for her hard work and professionalism She was fantastic I would recommend this company and would reuse their services again

I have honestly had the best experience with this estate agent From the beginning the girls at the Rochdale office have been compassionate during a hard time and the communication has been amazing After the house had been sold and I was waiting for the final sale to go through Jenny was a god send Without her I don t know what I would have done She always kept me up to date with everything going on - even before the solicitors had even told me Thank you so much

The staff at Ryder and Dutton s Oldham branch especially Amy Heaton who was our negotiator were friendly knowledgeable and always eager to help with any queries Amy frequently would touch base seeking any updates and seeing if there was anything more she could help with She frequently would contact the solicitors of both parties the mortgage lender etc for updates and to try to hurry things along for us I was very happy with the service provided through to completion date
