House was advertised at not the agreed
When agent came round to value house she suggested to advertise at offers over 170 000 which was agreed however when the house went live so to speak it was advertised at 170 000 before that could be rectified an offer was made at 168000 also the estate agents fees discussed were 1750 plus VAT which with my maths is 2100 so why were fees on completion 2190 what really did I get for that anyway

Communication professionalism care and productivity has almost disappeared in the last few years We have used Ryder Dutton for many years including buying and renting They have always been amazing up until a few years ago where I am very unhappy with them as our agents

Needed to be chased throughout sale process
This review is about Ryder Dutton Middleton We had offers on our property within days of it going on the market R D advised that one of the offers was from a buyer with nothing to sell so we went with that offer 5 months later the property finally completed after we had found out that the buyers not only had a property to sell but also had to obtain finance R D and the solicitors they recommended had to be chased on a weekly basis and were not proactive at all They do not seem to understand the stress their clients are going through I would not recommend them They did not even seem to understand the difference between exchange and completion
