Alex was so courteous

Alex was so understanding and sympathetic - it was a real pleasure to talk with him He wasn t content with one solution but looked for as many options as possible Reviews of Shell Customer Services are very bad But I d give 6 out of 5 for today s service I have twice now been told I ll get a call back on a certain day and sure enough the call came It remains to be seen whether Alex has cracked this nut or whether further investigations need to be carried out But I am hopeful that I have right person on-the-job Thank you Alex

I called to confirm that I had received my new router but didn t receive an addressed returns bag to send back my old router Demi was very helpful and assured me that I will get assistance and advice to set up the new router tomorrow should I need to

The agent that I spoke to was brilliant she was very curtious and polite through out all though she couldn t solve the problem today she was very good and she was gutted that she couldn t rectify my problem which I liked it showed that she was invested in my problem Thanks 10 10 Nice one

I spoke to Matt today regarding my broadband package He was absolutely fantastic so helpful and nice I was enquiring about the new plans as my existing Contract had come to an end He explained everything so well Really pleased with the service

The most incredible service and kept me updated via phone on what was going on with my account and the issue that was going on and it was sorted very quickly and efficiently and have never had a better service with how well the issue was handled Would recommend every time Thanks again for the kind and caring way our issue was handled

Very understanding call operator

I spoke to someone a few minutes ago regarding discounts given for people on universal credit I explained my situation that I ve just left a domestic abuse relationship of 16 years He not only gave a small discount which I appreciated He went further and gave more discount Thankyou so much for being kind and understanding I m not used to kindness towards me Got me emotional
