The person who dealt with my problem was very patient and explained exactly what he was going to do to solve the problem He went through all different ways he needed to help fix the issue After applying his advice the problem was resolved He knew exactly what to do and how to do it

Over the last 3 day I ve spoken to 5

Over the last 3 day I ve spoken to 5 members of tech I only wanted to change my router password I spoke with Nosibulele N today The poor woman spent over an hour trying to sorting out my problem FIXED Then this fantastic lady even gave me a call back after her lunch to make sure that everything was still ok That s great service from great staff Nosibulele N Thanks Matt Clegg

Positive experience

I rang Shell to query extra charges to my broadband account Kurt listened and apologised for the charges which should not have been applied to my account and said he would speak with his team Kurt was extremely professional in handling the call I was very impressed and would like to say that he is a credit to the company

Jo C was so helpful She went above beyond with her customer service in order to help us We so appreciate this as my poor Mother now has to move overseas to live with me so I can care for her due to a recent serious illness which now requires I do this for her Without transport too and the challenge of having to move her unexpectedly along with caring for her medically this assistance and outcome is much appreciated Thank you Jo
