We have been working with Shiprocket since last 2 years now and quite happy with their way of working especially since 6 months since our account manager was changed Apart from some small issues here and there we are pretty much satisfied with Shiprocket If there was a rating to rate our account manager Dirgheshwar we would have rated him 11 10

We do not get proper response for most

We do not get proper response for most of the querries related to NDRs and unnecessarily RTOs are happening as you committed 24 to 48 hours time against any ticket and by that time the NDRs convert to RTOs We feel helpless in these situations and not sure on what we could do We end up being the bad guy in face of customer as we are not able to deliver their orders and loose their future orders and loose money on shipment cost
