I had issues with ShipRocket delivery but the customer care responded to my reviews and resolved my prblm Though it was little late but still it was resolved

The worst delivery service provider every If you are purchasing any item make sure you will check the delivery partner if shiprocket there Never purchase that item

Customer support is very poor Proof of delivery is always forged If customer did not get parcel they will keep on sending fake proof of delivery Though it is feature rich Makes easy to ship orders But need to improve customer support a lot

NDR and RTO service is very bad it needs to be improved I suffered huge losses but their support service very good Prashant ready to help always but it becomes so hectic to raise ticket of every little thing

Hello Team Shiprocket There is no way other than this to get a response from you Being an e-commerce company our business reputation is largely depend on our shipping services I have a query for 4 shipments AWB 658082057 - Ecom - from 10th Oct this shipment is not moving and there is no update on it I have uploaded conversation also on the dashboard the only answer I get from customer care is to wait for 48 hrs Please answer what has happened to this AWB 328856636427 - Amazon Shipping service This shipment has returned to me during my calls with you customer care I have uploaded my conversation with the receiver the delivery boy was rude and was not ready to go to office to delivery the parcel and asked receiver to come down and collect it eventually it returned to us Kindly refund the amount of forwarding and RTO AWB I16756926 - DTDC the shipment has reached destination hub on 18th Oct but it is not moving further Ensure earliest delivery AWB I6736688 - DTDC fake attempt of delivery i have uploaded screen shot also but not action on it Ensure earliest delivery Festive season is busy seasons for businesses and hence your company also earn Instead of doing business we need so spend time on phone waiting for customer care representative to come and answer the call that too for futile assurances You make us rush to respond to NDR late evening we get a mail regarding it and in couple of we need to respond but you take 48 hrs number of 48 hrs to respond or never respond in the time of quick delivery 48 hrs of response time is too high all this long review is in the hope to get some response Edit 27 10 23 - Ranvijay from Shiprocket called to understand the issue and sorted my issues Appreciate it
