Courier RTO status shows delivered but never been delivered Till today out of all escalation there is not even 1 escalation that ever been resolved This company is incompetent Simple word Beware of ShipRocket The way they do business their name should be ScamRocket

Shiprocket and its shippers follow fradaulent shipping practices and charge sellers once the parcel is picked by showing as discrepancy and deducting from the wallet without conset or proof Horrible service We are stuck with them Have made plans to stop using their service

Worst delivery service Even if you pack you good very carefully or securely they will damage everything My customer was so unhappy to see broken pieces in the box Will never use their service again

Worst pathetic bulshit service by Ship-rocket Among my 4 parcel 3 parcel was delayed due to Ship rocket service inefficiency It s my mistake to integrated ship-rocket service with my e-commerce website Parcel was always picked after the 3-5 days than actual mentioned date And they are sending every-time autogenerated or already drafted mail which shows your shipments were not ready at time of pick up executives arrival While the reality is non of person come at my premise to collect the parcel But each and every time the customer supporter told me the same thing that sir wait for today till 7 00pm your parcel will definitely picked up and after 7 00pm this auto generated mail I received This is Shiprocket daily routineI have an evidence about it i have a footage of CCTV camera inside and outside of my premise Now i told openly to ship rocket team Prove your words of mail and msg This type of service and agency should be banned or sealed by government who makes fool to customer I will go with legal notice against ship rocket Bcz enough is enough we are sending the long mail and brief our problems in it and they were replied it by AI generated mail There is no option of zero star or minus rating otherwise I definitely do that

Shiprocket is one of the worst courier aggregators of india We have used their services and the experience is just pathetic for us as a seller and also for our end customers Their customer support is horrible You will never get a resolution They would never refund the money for lost shipments to you We just lost so much money and wasted our lot of time with these guys Closed the account with them

Never trust on Shiprocket ur parcel will never get picked up And by chance the pick it up will never get delivered They will show fake attempts specially their courier partner one of them is Xpressbees Logistics and will sent RTO and that too charging the transport amt from us If we are lucky they will deliver but then put weight discrepancy after a mth or 45 days and deduct amt from our account more precisely Xpressbees is specialised in it Shiprocket 360 is a big no no never try their services

If you are using Shiprocket to handle deliveries for your online business or even your retail business be prepared to close the business Only use Shiprocket if you want no accountability from them about the delivery of your orders I am shocked at the level of execution that this company operates on and is still able to fool business owners and make money from them

Most dishonest company with liars as employees They ring your phone for 1 sec literally at 11 15PM in the night and update the status as delivery attempted when we call back to the number no one picks the phone they also do false updates without even calling the customer that they attempted delivery and no one is available while we are sitting and waiting in our home looking for delivery Pathetic service and they cheat not only the buyers who are expecting delivery but also back back stab the sellers who pay their hard earned money to this company to deliver their stuff on time I ask one question to Shiprocket if you are not willing to deliver or your employees are lazy and do not want to work why run a delivery service company causing inconvenience to sellers and buyers Remember you could be carrying something of important value to the buyers it could be medicine it could be a life saving device it could be something to an elderly person who cannot go out and buy stuff have some responsibility in your company

I can say 100 that Shiprocket is the worst platform I ve ever seen There is no customer support good Delivery partners and worst delivery agents Every day I assign a courier partner and the next day every time I get the message that my shipment is not ready I have a CCTV camera outside my location and Noboday came to pick up the order on the pickup date Why would I not be prepared for my customer shipment Is there any meaning to this Delivery agents are the worst and didn t show up at the location especially DTDC and Bluedart They are both reputed companies but still don t come to the area every time For every order I have to create a ticket I will not be using Shiprocket from now on I think somebody needs to take legal action against them Or they should be banned for unfair practice
