I have been using shiprocket from around 9 months It has been good till now but it looks like it is going through existential crisis As fake weight discripancies were not enough for which a small business had to spend time justifying our package details now delivery is also an issue Our CoD shipment was to deliver on 7th Oct and lying at destination hub from 4th Oct but not moving from there Even after escalation situation has been the same They claim that they have many courier services but only services which have been reliable till now are FedEx and Amazon but these days most of the times these courier companies do not show in the list when we try to book the shipments Rest of the companies are like good on papers In last two weeks we cancelled my shipment three times as no reliable service was available Hope Shiprocket will come back to its original shape soon or it will loose business big time

Shiprocket is fine and works well till the time you hit a problem And in logistics in India that will be really quickly Support teams at Shiprocket know absolutely nothing and are simply trained to say that everything is in progress everything possible is being done and they will help you The startup is possibly a unicorn now So possibly they don t care or are still building on this and it is low on agenda We have been shipping with them since a year now and the support hasn t grown a tad bit But the options are pretty limited We have experimented with a few others and have come back to Shiprocket again Not because Shiprocket is the best but because they are all comparable Why not simply work with whom we know If you haven t started shipping yet try others Don t stick here Nothing worthy awaits you

Irrespectable staff i am not happy to getting parcel from shiprocket they could not handled soft i order incubator from vijaywada to Anantapur it damged little bit i hope the parcels handle with care thank you

my order has not dilevered yet and when i try to contact seller they said that it has shipped on that day when i puchased today it has been 22nd day plz help yaar it s show that it is in gujarat but not delivered to my place

I am unhappy with the service because if anything unusual happens responsibility is on the seller For example if RTO is not delivered the seller is supposed to report within x number of working days If a shipment is not cancelled the seller needs to keep a track of this and raise tickets However customer support is good but the tracking and making sure that shipments are delivered on time or processed correctly has to be done by the seller This adds additional responsibility for small business owners

Ndr rto and weight reconciltion section is very poor it needs to be improved I suffered huge losses but their support service ready to help but it becomes so hectic to raise ticket of every wrong mentioned product and supplier has to struggle a lot to fight for the refund

Make their own promotion by using our custmer details without informing us which I hate it and second thing response is too slow over a call and there monthly evaluation of order on their basis plan suggestion and allotment is worst part and weight discrepancy is too much I lost Rs 24000 Due to false weight decrepancy Over all doing good

My pick up has arranged on 09 09 2021 Neither delivery boy come on my door nor call me and cancelled my pick up three times without give me any information and mentioned false reason on tracking details that Pickup Cancelled By Customer On Attempt Even there is no network issue this is so bad this time otherwise no complaints

customer support is Worst incase of parcel lost delay delivery misbehave by support team
