I am a seasoned traveler both in the US and abroad--I rented a car in San Diego from Sixt Rental for the very first time--The entire process from pick-up in San Diego to turn-in at LAX was outstanding--I found all personnel in both locations to be helpful and professional--Darrel and Evelyn in LAX were very helpful as well as the LAX shuttle driver--Great experience--Definitely a repeat customer

I picked up a car at Tampa airport and
Sixt rental Palma My father got unwell in Palma whilst on holiday and on two separate occasions I have had the best experience The first with Dominique where she couldn t have be more helpful and efficient The second with Yana who was brilliant They made everything so easy and even the team who collect the cars are friendly and polite

I was impressed with the service in
I picked up a car at Tampa airport and Mike was very customer focused was friendly moved efficiently and we drove away very happy customers The car has been fabulous and thank goodness we got a larger one which Mike pulled off on the spot- we would have never been able to fit comfortably great job Sixt I recommend it to everyone It s right at the airport too no need to drive anywhere

I was impressed with the service in Munchen Germany airport We arrived from San Francisco and had a great experience on the Sixt counterthe young Lady was knowledgeable and even upgraded our car because the type of car originally we rented was not available We will be back in Hamburg Germany and look forward to rent a other car from Sixt We will looking forward for the next rentalJoe Carol

Helpful Staff and good service
booked online the network of independent sent an email asking to contact sixt to cancel my booking The link of modify cancel booking revert to a page which is not in my language without the possibility to change BUT Sixt was able to handle help and solve with couple of hours thanks

Gold star for the gold coast sixt
Created a booking for a car under the wrong credit card Spoke to a Sixt agent and they advised that if I re-book with the correct credit card they can refund the original and incorrect one Very helpful staff and easy flexibility to help with this change A big shout out to the Netherlands staff

Well in my opinion sixth is the best
Booked a rental car from Sixt at Gold Coast Airport online had no problems at all they were very efficient and the whole experience was stress free I had the car for 5 days and received my security deposit back 2 days later which I was very impressed by They were a great company to deal with

Well in my opinion sixth is the best rental car company well at least in Atlanta airport and tht is all because of the person in charge CYNTHIA she is great not only does she care and fix any problem or concerns I have ever had her dedication to her customer s is over and beyond she even took care of an out of state rental booking for me and it was her day off so if your looking to rent in Atlanta stop by

Amazing experience
My Experience with Sixt was really great and amazing The customer service at Dulles Int Airport IAD was absolutely admirable I had a little issue with my rental bill when I returned the car but the manager there was very understandable customer- oriented and resolved the matter The only advice I have for Sixt is to amend the rental contract to cover a longer period than the 28 days term that is being applicable currently That was very confusing and complicated Other than that everything was super
