Perfect delivery on SkatePro s end

I didn t need to contact customer service but I ordered a snowboard and they sent it out expedited UPS same day Honestly no complaints they delivered fine for me here in the US Everyone here is mad with UPS because they are understaffed in Germany That isn t even on SkatePro take it up with UPS UPS is hung up in Germany so UPS couldn t get it to me for 2 weeks but that isn t on SkatePro- 25th - ordered25th - sent to Koeln Germany UPS hub6th - released from Germany7th - delivered

Ordered a new Haro Group 1 RS-2 24 2019 Cruiser Bike for my son in the middle of the Covid lockdown Huge discount down to 289 95 so I snapped it up Good communication from SkatePro and easy to track the delivery It arrived a day early boxed up and brand new Lovely light bike too Really impressed Spent a nice sunny morning setting it up for him and we ve been out every day since Perfect

They are awesome

They are great They sent everything what I ordered and I even called Customer Care which were super helpful Everything is in working order actually everything is perfect Ordered 8 Birdhouse board great kick no chips on it quality is great I ordered Motionless longboard too Works perfectly great roll Shipment was late 1 day and box came ruined That is GLS fault they did tell me and wrote me a letter but packaging was done great I would definetly reccomend asking them to ship with UPS 10 10 for Skatepro
