sadly I have to echo other reviews here When I called this uk shop and discovered it was based abroad I smelt fish They can justify it all they like by saying it s to make it easier for people but it would be more transparent to have a com international address or multiple currencies on their website There are plenty of companies with good ratings on trust pilot so I am very wary ordering from a shop like this with bad reviews especially after my initial experience on the phone is to struggle understanding being understood They may speak english but don t know how to intonate For example if you ask me if I m in stock and I say In fact we only have 1 model of that brand and that is the only one in fact I m sorry it s yeah err that s only one I m sorry about that - you d be very confused by that answer It took me several minutes on the phone to establish what he was trying to say The real answer should be Yes we re in stock We have 1 left

You need to read everything carefully or else you will get scammed I m English and I didn t know that when you order trucks you only get one of them I only received one and to buy another I have to pay around 50 which means I have spent 100 on some trucks that I could ve gotten for 60

Pretty poor on the whole and like others wish I had not been shown this outfit My gripes are the bike arrived and some of the packaging had taken a hit lucky the only thing broken was a plastic part used to protect the forks We put the bike together and he set of to find that when braking it make the worse squeal shrill from the one brake on it This is embarrassing for my son and makes me think its poor materials being used A decent company would have tested and sorted this before sending My second gripe is I thought they had only sent one peg I was expecting 2 as shown in the picture and at 17 95 however it was for one I called and called and third time and an hour later got a nice lady on the phone who told me with a hint of sarcasm that this sport is expensive She then gave me a credit which was duly wiped out but the postage cost to buy a second peg So overall I feel I ve bought a poorly designed and tested bike and been hoodwinked into a buying expensive accessories Will not use again shame as I like the Danes

I ordered 4 items from them and only received 2 - even though they said my whole order had shipped I called them up and was told to phone the next day to give time for the customer service to get in touch with the warehouse After a back and fourth for a week I was refunded the 2 items I still don t know why they were never shipped

I bought a Mafia bike for my boy he rode it out the front of the house and noticed the crank was bent so he didn t use it until I contacted them they was helpful enough and offered the bike to be returned to them for repair which is fair enough So I sent the bike off it then took a good 2 weeks until I got the bike back this is where the problems start it wasn t even packaged up in the box just dumped in there and because of this it had moved around in transit cause the break cable to run against the paintwork taking it off and other scratches over the bike the only thing they offered was a 45 refund and some stunt pegs it s a 440 bike which was brand new when I sent it I wouldn t buy from these again My boys so upset about it but that s all they d offer Terrible company

Ordered a hub driver they sent the wrong one in the box of the correct one The second time this happened to me I didn t bother returning it since there are no more stores that sell that part

Got sent the wrong product aksed for my money and got sent the product again It took long

As stated in the previous customers experience I too received the same shipping guarantee when ordering which was not met I ordered on Dec 13 with assurance on the website stating it would be received between Monday Dec 19 - and Wed Dec 21 The order was not shipped until Fri Dec 16 and the worst thing about this is that it is a gift for my 2 sons so now having to find alternate sources to order from with a few days remaining before Christmas Skatepro could have very simply removed the guarantee from their website and I would have ordered elsewhere Now they are saying I have to sort out UPS shipping to return in order to get my money back for something that won t arrive until Dec 29 30 Skatepro is somewhat quick to respond but there is a lack of responsibility on their end to sort out a lack of fulfillment of a guaranteed shipping by a certain date Please feel free to respond SkatePro and let me know how you will deal with this issue and I would likely improve my rating but at this time not fulfilling a guarantee or taking action to return money and sort out the shipping issue on your end is a great way to lose customers and receive terrible reviews Update - Dec 22 Skatepro has acknowledged the fact this order is not needed and they have requested a turn around in shipping from UPS I didn t have to contact UPS which was nice I still have yet to receive refund but it is supposed to be refunded once they receive the parcel back in their warehouse Update Jan 2 2023 - I managed to receive my refund from Skatepro and they took care of the return I also managed to source some skimboards from a local shop in time for Christmas so it all worked out in the end I hope they realize they can simply adjust their website with proper information relating to shipping receiving times etc

great selection and prices are the best in europe BUTdon t trust their shipment time esteem they guarantee a date then good luck My new skate was guaranteed to arrive on the 25 05 now is 27 05 and my package is still stuck in Belgium and now I have to postpone a trip in which I needed my new skate Third and last time I buy from this shop
