I definitely recommend getting something off of skate pro Their products are good and well made and if anything needs to be returned or you need help the staff are very kind and helpful The delivery is also always on time and the items are well packaged

Saved Christmas

Accidentally sent me the wrong stained skateboard deck but apologized and got the new one sent out which arrived today on Christmas eve all the way from Belgium I believe Also sent me a free gift and really nice people This means a lot to me as the deck was a present and one they had as a kid

Outstanding service

Ordered an Odyssey Gyro G3 and then read the reviews I was understandably a little concerned as a lot of the reviews aren t great I should not have been concerned E-mails received to confirm order confirm dispatch and then estimated delivery Arrived with no problems at all on the earliest of the estimated delivery dates Excellent service with no problems whatsoever

UK- Customer service are quite understanding

I ordered a globe skateboard from them but I hadn t received it due to a communication error- it was displayed as being in stock online but it wasn t I emailed about my situation asking why I hadn t received my order and a lady on their customer service team called Abigail explained it was a error on their end I then received a full refund that day no hassle Yes it would have been nice to receive my order but I see no problems with the customer service very civil and understanding

Outstanding service

Outstanding service from asking for advice on what size to order to delivery I found a set of skates that I really liked i contacted SkatePro via Facebook messenger with a question regarding sizes I received a prompt reply with some excellent device and piece of mind with the free returns that the company operate I ordered my skates on the Friday and received then in Monday afternoon To me this is a very impressive service the company is located in Denmark and I live in UK The DPD tracking and email updates kept me updated to when my skates would arrive Another positive point is they awarded me 6 50 to put towards my next order I would 100 use SkatePro again and would recommend to anyone looking to buy extreme sports gear

To anyone who s feeling insecure because they had never heard of the SkatePro brand fear not I ordered from Portugal on a Wednesday and it arrived the next Monday Their communication was very good and the skateboard arrived in perfect condition the packaging was very carefully put together and the product is just as advertised It s damn beautiful and I couldn t ask for a better first skateboard I am very happy with this brand and I ll order from them again for sure

Ordered cross-country skiis boots bindings from them for the whole family Was hesitant at first to place such a big order from a company so far away but had no problems whatsoever Received the order in 9 days Everything came in as ordered with no damages No duties were charged I really liked the website and the way the information is laid out - it was my first time buying cross country skiis but was able to pick the right equipment Would definitely recommend and will use again
