Hey there we ordered an expensive stunt scooter for birthday We got a fast delivery but a damaged scooter We had to send videos fotos again and again and they answered we should try again and again We lost motivation and the scooter still doesn t work We cannot recommend this company and their stuff

Flawed items with terrible customer service It is not UK-friendly AT ALL Do not waste 1 month of time waiting for a flawed product and then 1 week of customer service providing you irresponsible solutions and promises they never fulfilled

I come here to provide information for people who are thinking of buying at skatepro Make a purchase but my unusual product was missing I tried to contact the company by email but they don t respond It is not a serious company it does not respect customers Do not buy in this store Order 2529285

It has been almost two months since I ordered and no package or refund yet I opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back after I asked for a refund three times and was given a excuse each time I was finally offered a refund after I filled a PayPal dispute but only after I close the dispute The customer service is a complete joke I was actually told that they meant what they said when they were trying to get me to close my dispute with PayPal There are way better skate shops out there don t waste your time with these guys Update- Refund received via PayPal

They advertise a 365 day return policy and that only custom items cannot be returned Upon returning my items they dueducted 40 due to scuff marks from two wearings With shipping I ve now wasted 70 on this product

Ordered a skate board for my son grip tape and wax Still not arrived got a message saying I can track it the number is not valid and no idea what company it is Now apparently it s a problem with address The message doesn t look fact to me looks like a fake saying is stuck in depo My son was desperate for this and it never turned up waiting in because we was advised the date due for arrival

Terrible packing of my parcel Scooter had no protection care or attention paid to the packing Attempted to recover some compensation which was in the form of a voucher to spend with them as I had no intention of spending more money with them I did not feel this was acceptable and they refused a partial refund for the same amount Overall very disappointed Will not use again Avoid

When ordering online there in no way of stating what size scooter handle you want Scooter came and very disappointed Not only has it got the shortest handle available when I wanted the longest but it also has a deformed front wheel The front wheel is not moulded correctly It looks as if there was air in the mould or the mould just didn t fill with polymer when being made Shocking quality To crown at all I can t get SkatePro to respond to two emails and two web help requests Useless service I just wasted over 300 buying this product Keep clear of this company Edit addition I didn t mention the wheel in my very first contact because I expected you to take the scooter back so I could get another size after all you advertise a 365 day return policy Oh wait you might have forgotten that too just like the many photos of the deformed wheel I have sent in many subsequent attempts to communicate Stop wiggling and be businesslike

this company is pretending to be a Canadian company then the orders get shipped from Denmark and then you get destroyed by import feesI spoke to the rudest customer service person ever called Eigo who just laughed at me and mocked meSTAY AWAY

Seriously never order from this company They sent me the wrong size of skateboard and it s been two weeks since I let them know Customer service blames the warehouse warehouse blames customer service But nobody makes it right They admit the problem but nobody will ship the skateboard that I ordered Horrible service
