Having recently decided to take up inline skating I rushed out to buy what I thought was the right pair of skates for me that weekend and by the Monday suspected I d made a poor choice I spoke to a member of the customer service team who was really helpful She kindly recommended a more suitable pair of skates and though it was too late to stop the first pair being despatched advised me what steps to take in order to obtain a refund Suffice to say both pairs of skates arrives promptly and having rejected delivery of the unwanted pair and communicating that fact to Skatepro I was promptly issued a refund I m pleased both with my purchase and the helpful advice customer service on offer Will definitely get my next pair of skates from Skatepro when the time comes as the price was very reasonable too

I live in England and order longboard equipment from Skatepro from time to time It has always turned up on time and have received really good customer service from them Recently I ordered a new longboard because it was on sale and was told it would only take 5 days to be delivered When it didn t turn up I went on the GLS track your parcel link and found it was stuck in customs I emailed SkatePro and told them about the problem to which the emailed me back the same day saying they were sorry and it would be released ASAP as there had been a mistake two days later it turned up It was well packaged the correct item and undamaged so I m very happyIn the current climate we need to cut some of these companies some slack because of covid and Brexit I will be using them again

Couldn t be happier SkatePro had the best price for the inline skates I wanted It also qualified for free shipping Placed my order on the site got a tracking number for updates and a week later received my skates What more can you ask for

Last week I ordered some roller skates they were shipped almost immediately and arrived in the UK within 4 days Roller skates were in perfect condition will absolutely order from this company again

They mounted my bindings and shipped my new skis from Denmark to California in six days I cant believe it The website gave me a very accurate estimate of shipping time Everything worked out great and I got a free ski bag Awesome thanks guys happy new year

People need to understand that because of quarantine they along with ALL skate and recreation shops are receiving an influx of orders They are a local danish skateshop with a couple employees They aren t scamming be patient and don t be rude They are probs trying to fulfill all the orders refund each customer and read and reply to every order If your order has already been dispatched the delay is because of Covid which is not their fault Don t be a Karen understand where they re coming from I wish my order got here in a week but that s just not the reality of the global situation right now The reality is that it could take a couple months UPDATE My package arrived in a little over a month Sweden to CaliforniaAnd to the people saying they re fraudulent keep in mind they are a small shop with a couple employees at best even less during Covid They need to do better on customer service but I m sure they re struggling with the amount of business they re receiving

I purchased Ski Randonnee skins last winter G3 Alpinist The order process delivery time and delivery method was better or matching all other major online retailers But SkatePro really stood out in its customer service when I had a problem they were extremely helpful and kind I will for sure be a returning customer and would recommend them to others

Ordered from the US and didn t notice that they are based in a different country until afterwards Turns out it didn t matter still got my order in less than a week Will definitely order again recommend
