No problems very happy customer
I ve received an excellent service from sky To be honest I was quite shocked to come on here and see their reviews rating Ive never had a problem with my broadband service or signal I ve always received great deals discounts In fact I pay less with sky than I would as a new customer with the shiny new deals with any other company I left sky once because - my discount deal had ended and I hadn t been notified I only realised when I see the full amount had been taken from my bank account I didn t like that I hadn t been notified so I left sky for this reason only and went to talk talk The switch over was a complicated process with them because they kept getting things wrong when I was finally switched over I received next to nothing or no service at all After numerous lengthy calls to their customer service which was obviously overseas there was no resolution So I called sky back up tail between my legs got switched back no problems easy and actually cheaper than talk talk overall Sky are also willing to pay up to 100 towards any exit fees from other companies too I explained to sky why I left in the first place and I ve been told I will now be notified if a discount I ve got is coming to an end Since then back to an excellent service I haven t had to call them up once I m very happy with Sky Thumbs up from me Based on others reviews - I hope I haven t jinxed myself and my excellent service continues lol

Cannot complain about Sky
Contacted Sky to renew my telephone broadband package on Sat 4th Jan 20 Had a bit of a problem due to a fault on the line with Craig before being disconnected not his fault Unfortunately on my second call I couldn t understand the gentleman Getting a bit annoyed one last shot Bingo I was connected to Michelle who was proficient friendly attitude together with a sense of humour Job done within 10mins Received the new router on early Monday morning and also telephone engineer arrived shortly afterwards the problem rectified excellent service well done Chris at faults dept and being so helpful including your return courtesy update call

I have been with sky since 11 4 2011 on their basic unlimited service and have always had a reliable connection in Rochdale on a number of times in the years dropped connections were due to the router going faulty and replaced I have had no billing issues and in recent years got discounts for renewing my contracts I am now looking to go onto fibre and considering if to move to vodafone or talk talk cheaper offers or stay and move onto 25 fibre I currently connect at 22mbs on adsl service

Great service
Impressed with Sky s service we live in a remote area in Northern Ireland and struggled to find a decent internet connection until we decided to try Sky They sent out a Sky engineer when we reported an issue the first month with them which improved our connection considerably So far this is the best broadband service I have encountered

My experience with this company has been excellent When I think of a good company and a good service this is one of the few companies that comes to my mind I had never had any issue with the broadband they gave me a 50 voucher every year and when I had to end my contract with them they were fast extremely correct and they just charged me the right amount Few times in your life I could say something so good about a company

Excellent technical support
I had broadband problems low speed kept dropping out Sky Technical team persisted with the issue until it was fixed New router was provided and when this didn t solve the problem they arranged for the line to be tested The problem was with the master socket and once changed the speed went back up to 80 MB s I would recommend that anyone with broadband problems gives SKY the chance to fix it
