Been a customer since January 2005 and have never had any major issues Moved three times during that time and transferring to another property was straightforward without any hassle Maybe I ve been lucky but can only go by my own experience No complaints at all

Friendly approachable
General enquiry while installing broadband I used X Twitter - and my message was seen to not instantly which I have no problem with I hate holding the telephone having to speak this say that press button 2 be transferred All very good with extra added friendliness which means a lot to me Happy to leave this very positive feedback

Tayla from their customer service team went above and beyond to help me when I got my line stolen She checked in regularly through text any issues she would let me know before hand I ve never had such 5 service from a company I ll be a life long customer because of her and the customer service I ve had She honestly deserves a raise plus net and their customer service team are efficient and also well priced Would not go anywhere else

Have been with Plusnet for over 11
Have been with Plusnet for over 11 years now and have upgraded to Full Fibre The switchover was seamless which included running a cable to my house by Open Reach and fixing a small box to my property which they did with no problem at all I am now getting speeds of 150 mb ps and since I ve changed I have had no faults or dropouts at all All the Negative reviews are by people who moan about anything but do not comment on excellent service Anyone in South Cheshire who needs a reliable Broadband supplier Plusnet cannot be beaten Credit where credits due plus if you need to speak to someone customer support is at the most a 3 minute wait and they are not in India but in Yorkshire Highly Recommended

Just had our brand new internet installed by such a lovely guy named Llifon He was so lovely informative and knowledgeable Very kind and chatty Very happy with our customer service plusnet kept us update all along the way from us ordering right up to installation Thank you plusnet

closing account query
Having had to close my account and go over to EE I was surprised to keep getting bills from PlusNet I couldn t call as not in UK and would incur roaming charges I used the messenger service which although the initial response took a while once the customer service agent replied and got the ball rolling not only was I assured the account was closed I also got the news that as I was in credit so I would be getting a refund Well done PlusNet you have trained your staff extremely well and I am just disappointed that I am no longer a customer

Good customer service for a rural line
I have full fibre service in a very rural location and I am very pleased with Plusnet s customer service They ve been quick to respond to issues with their kit - had me back up and running within 24 hours when it was the broadband box Openreach issues have been more challenging It is aggravating we must wait 48 hours after Openreach claim to have repaired a fault before Plusnet can act but Plusnet has been good at following up issues and have automatically compensated me for time offline

Plusnet great customer service
Plusnet great customer service Fabulous customer service I wanted to cancel my contract after 10 days of buying it as I d found a deal with my phone company Both John and Josh in Sheffield were super helpful and dealt with it all quick and easily with a personal manner Will definately consider these guys again it be future Only spent 7 minutes on the phone from dialling to putting the phone down Thanks Plusnet
